Views over Dapia and the town of Spetses - a wonderful villa for the discerning traveller

Located in one of the most beautiful parts of the island, Villa Agapi from its hillside position has a unique and panoramic view of the town of Spetses and the iridescent blue sea of the Saronic Gulf.
The property consists of two luxurious houses next to each other. The first house has a main entrance on the ground floor where there is an open-plan space with living area, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as guest bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a bedroom with Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with doors to a large balcony with fabulous views over the bay. Two guests can be accommodated in this house.
The second house accommodates 8-9 guests. The ground floor has the same open-plan space with living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen as well as guest bathroom. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite bathroom, and a guest double bedroom with Queen size bed also with an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms share the large balcony with views over the bay. Below the villa, there is a large independent studio space which can accommodate 4-5 young people. It has its own separate entrance a few steps from the main terrace, and is ideal for teenagers who want to have their own private space to chill out and sleep and play the table football game. In this room there are two sets of large bunk beds and a lounge area with sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with shower.
The outside pool terrace is fabulous with an enormous horizon swimming pool. Beside the pool, at one end are several incredibly comfortable sun beds and two large umbrellas which give shade when needed. At the other end is a dining table for 12, BBQ, and outside fridge which is covered by a large wooden pergola, a fantastic feature which creates a very pleasant space for al fresco dining.
From the pool terrace, a few steps lead down to a beautiful garden where the children can play. There is also a vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables and fruits that provide the guests with an array of fresh ingredients for their daily meals, a French 'boule court' and hammock in a shady spot to enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings.
The property was extensively renovated in 2020 and offers all modern amenities. The decor is light and the colours are subtle ranging from blue to green and red blending nicely together. In addition the carefully chosen artwork, light features and cushions give the villa a pleasant and sophisticated look and a high degree of luxury.
There is Apple TV, USB, A/C, in the bedrooms and fast WiFi as well as cleaning service.
The property is located only about 800m away from the town so it is easy to walk down to the beach, shops, tavernas etc. For the way up however guests might want to consider taking a taxi or renting a moped or electrical bike.
This is a perfect spot for one or two families or a group of friends to relax and unwind on one of Greece’s most prestigious islands.
