Aida

Villa Aida is part of a small collection of villas each with its own privacy and surrounded by extensive gardens with natural pine and cypress forests behind. Villa Aphrodite is a beautiful stone villa offering an exceptionally high standard of accommodation with its own private horizon swimming pool and wonderful views over the west coast of Lefkada.

The villa is on two levels. The main entrance is on the upper level where there is a large open plan living room with dining area and well equipped kitchen with full cooking facilities. French windows lead onto a veranda with wonderful views. On this level, there is a guest bathroom with WC. Downstairs is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a separate bathroom that has shower and WC. Both bedrooms have French Windows leading out onto a spacious terrace. To the side of the villa just above the pool terrace is a shady outdoor dining area with barbecue. This is a quiet and private place to relax with the pine forest behind giving a cooling breeze.

The villa is beautifully furnished and well equipped and includes Sat TV, WIFI, waching machine and barbecue. There is a large air-conditioning unit in the main living area which also adds coolness to the bedroom level below.

A very short drive down the hill from Villa Aida is the charming village of Agios Nikitas where cars are prohibited from its narrow, winding streets. There you will find a selection of shops, bars and tavernas. The village is an ideal place to sit and relax and enjoy excellent, local cuisine and some low-key nightlife. From the beach of Agios Nikitas, there is a regular water taxi that takes guests to the white sand beaches of Kathisma and Pefkulia which have to be amongst Lefkada's most stunning.

Although Villa Aida is a private villa with private pool, it can be rented in conjuction with Villa Aphrodite, Villa Antigone, Villa Polymnia and/or the three Villa Narkissias found within the same collection.
