Situated in a perfect Mediterranean setting, Villa Akrogiali is located on the waterfront, opposite the ramparts of a 16th century Venetian Castle and enjoying panoramic sea views over the picturesque bay of Assos.
An enviable spot, close to the sea and in one of the prettiest fishing villages in Greece - walking distance to tavernas, cafes and bars.
Villa Akrogiali is located on a hill above the bay of Assos and only 100 metres above a swimming platform which is a perfect spot for sun bathing, snorkeling or securing a small boat. This three bedroom property has been tastefully furnished with a mixture of modern and traditional Greek furniture. The entrance opens onto a modern, fully equipped kitchen which is located next to a small family shower room with WC. A few steps lead down to an open plan living area consisting of a spacious lounge and dining room featuring arched double doors which lead onto a spacious outside terrace.
On the first floor is a double bedroom with private balcony which benefits from fabulous views over the bay. On the second floor is a twin bedroom and separate, family sized bathroom. The third bedroom is a double bedroom and is located in the attic. It features a wooden ceiling and spectacular views over the bay.
The property is very well equipped with air-conditioning throughout, TV, DV, CD and i-pod docking station.
The garden is located on two levels. The first is accessed via the arched living room doorway and is a perfect spot for alfresco dining. It has a BBQ and outside table and chairs. The views are spectacular and the sunsets can be breathtaking. The pool terrace is located below and is connected by a few steps and features sun loungers and umbrellas.
From the garden, steep steps lead 100 metres down to the seafront where there is a small swimming platform built into the surrounding rock. From here, guests can swim to a wonderful, secluded beach accessible usually only by boat.
Villa Akrogiali is situated within walking distance to the delightful village of Assos (approx 300m). Throughout the village, there is a strong Venetian influence with colourfully painted houses and a horse-shoe shaped harbour with brightly painted fishing boats tied up at the quay. The harbour is illuminated in the evening creating a magical ambiance and is a perfect setting to enjoy a romantic meal at one of the waterside tavernas or cafes while watching the sun set.
Since the location is so wonderful, this property is perfect for a family or group of friends looking for a unique location for that extra-special holiday.

We had a lovely time in Assos which really is the most beautiful spot
on the island. There is nothing I would say to improve the villa and the service we received it was all fab.
Many thanks

In terms of feedback:
• The villa and setting in particular exceeded expectations. The views were wonderful and we really loved Assos – who wouldn’t?;
• The maintenance etc was all very good and we had no complaints;
• The service ‘pretty Greek villas’ provided in terms of instructions/updates etc was very good.
I would certainly look to you first if we return to Greece (which we would love to) and I’ll also happy to recommend you to friends/colleagues over here in Qatar.
Tthanks again and we really did love the week we spent there.
Best wishes
Matthew H.
