Villa Anad is a lovely property situated on the west coast of Paros with panoramic sunset views over the Aegean Sea. Whilst it is in a secluded and quiet position, it is also very well located to access the island’s main attractions. The property is on two levels and has been well-designed so that each level can be accessed either internally or externally allowing guests to have the benefit of being together when wanted but offering some independence at the same time.
On the ground floor is an open plan living room with dining area and well-equipped kitchen as well as guest WC. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and king size bed is also on this level. French Windows lead out onto the beautiful outdoor terraces and garden.
Upstairs are two further double bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom and also king size beds. These bedrooms have their own private terraces with direct access to the garden and pool below.
The villa is tastefully furnished throughout combining traditional aesthetics with a contemporary styling in soft and neutral colours.
The property is well equipped with WIFI, air-conditioning throughout, i-pod and music system, TV, DVD and maid service three times a week.
Outside there is a lovely terrace with small swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue and a large outdoor dining table as well as sunset cocktail bar. A peaceful white pebble garden with seating area and hammock offers a peaceful spot to unwind and relax. The property has breathtaking views over the island’s vineyards right out across the Aegean Sea with the limpid, turquoise waters of Krios bay below. In the evenings the sunset views are breathtaking followed by the night skies with the twinkling lights of the harbour of Paroikia in the distance.
The villa is ideally located between the main harbour town of Paroikia and the traditional Greek town of Naoussa. Paroikia is about a 5 min drive away with its array of tavernas, cafes, bars and shops. There is a great variety of beaches within a 5-7 min drive away including excellent watersports facilities. Paros is famous for windsuring and kite-surfing especially in the channel between Antiparos and Paros which would be a 10 min drive away.
This is a great property for guests to be able to unwind and relax in peaceful surroundings with that classic Aegean sea view that is so sought after but rarely found so perfectly.
