The beauty of the original building has been retained featuring old stone walls beautifully combined with exposed wooden beamed ceilings, arched windows and wooden floors, and colourful tiling in the kitchen. Within the renovation, the owner has used fine materials and luxury furnishings to offer guests a high level of comfort in a relaxed environment.
The main building is on two levels. On the ground floor is a spacious living room and separate kitchen, both with direct access to the swimming pool area. A staircase leads up to the upper level where there are 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom with king-size bed has a private balcony with sea view and en-suite bathroom with shower. On this floor there are two more bedrooms which share a bathroom with a bath tub. One with a king size bed and a view to the sea and one with twin beds with a view to the back yard of the villa.
Adjacent to the main building there is a 40m2 guest house which has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and a private small terrace with sea view and direct access to the swimming pool. All the rooms have air-conditioning.
The property offers free wi-fi access and is fully equipped with High Definition TV, Satellite, DVD player, Hi-Fi Music System, fully equipped kitchen including Espresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
Outside the kitchen there is a large terrace with a dining table for 8 where guests can enjoy their meals under the shade of two large umbrellas. There are cozy sitting areas around the pool where guests can enjoy reading a book or just enjoy the beautiful view of the Ionian Sea to the peninsula of Assos and Myrtos bay and the unique sunsets. The 4m X 9.5m pool includes a Jacuzzi, and around it there are high quality wooden sunbeds.
The villa is only 10 mins. drive from Fiskardo Harbour where all restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets and shops are situated. The picturesque fishing village of Assos is also 10 mins. drive away. Boat hire is available in Fiskardo.

The views from the villa were just gorgeous and we had a lovely time. Foula was very helpful and friendly and so was the cleaning lady. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. We had a great holiday overall, and lovely weather throughout, and would not hesitate to use Pretty Greek Villas again, as we would love to explore more of Greece in future.

We loved the villa. The renovation was beautifully done. The view was spectacular. Loved Kefalonia although the location did require a lot of driving to get anywhere. The villa representative Foula was excellent. All in all an excellent stay and smooth booking process. Thanks.
