Sumptuous 4 bedroom villa in an aristocratic setting of understated elegance and complete luxury
Villa Astraea is the largest of the three exclusive villas found at the elegant and luxurious Xenon Estate. The Estate sits on a pine-fringed hillside just above Spetses Town with stunning views across the bay. This is an idyllically, quiet spot and yet within easy walking distance of the restaurants, cafes, bars and shops found in the town.
Villa Astraea is a sumptuous 4 bedroom property laid out over three levels. The main entrance leads into a beautifully appointed, large living room with stunning oak floors and L-shaped sofa. The ultra chic and comfortable furnishings are complemented by beautifully chosen objets d’art. The living room has home cinema, DVD/CD, Sat TV, WIFI and telephone. There is an elegant dining area for 8 and a very well-equipped kitchen with stylish stainless steel appliances. Doors lead out to a large veranda shaded by a wooden pergola with outdoor dining area for 10. The veranda leads directly down to the garden and pool.
Downstairs is a stunning double bedroom with traditional platform bed and vaulted oak ceiling. The twin bedroom is equally beautiful and both of these bedrooms share a separate marble bathroom which features mosaic ‘murano’ tiling. There is a 3rd bedroom on this level and has an oak framed double bed and is the ultimate in understated sophistication. This bedroom has its own en-suite marble bathroom featuring the same stunning mosaic ‘murano’ tiling.
The master bedroom suite is situated on the third level and is a sumptuous room with vaulted wooden ceiling and with its own very large veranda with stunning views to the hillsides, garden, pool, sea and over Spetses Town. There is also a smaller, romantic balcony with views over the garden and pool. The large en-suite marble bathroom is also designed with mosaic ‘murano’ tiling.
The large swimming pool (15m x 7m) shared by the three villas of the Xenon Estate is a place of divine luxury with beautiful teak decking, plenty of teak lounge chairs with comfortable cream cushions, elegant seating areas both in shade and sun and all surrounded by the lawns and landscaped gardens of the Estate.

We are on the way to the airport and all wanted to say a big thank you for all that you put into organising such a wonderful holiday for us. We loved every moment in wonderful Spetses which has a very special place in our hearts and we are already looking forward to returning! It all worked beautifully and the boat days on Gerry’s ribs and Takis’s boats were fantastic and Hameet and his wife looked after us so well. We are incredibly grateful to all who gave us such a wonderful holiday.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Astraea and Hammed and Syrita were fantastic. We were warned about the hill, and did hire electric bikes for a few days but managed to walk it the rest of the time, so came home a bit fitter!!
