Villa Bali II is a very stylish, contemporary property that is located on a hill overlooking Bali beach. Surrounded by lush gardens with banana trees and palms, it is the perfect setting to relax in quiet and private surroundings.
The villa is on two levels. The first level has an open plan living room with comfortable sofas set around the fireplace with double doors leading to a large veranda with the pool just below. There is a very elegant, minimalist style dining area for 6 and an excellent kitchen with sleek fixtures and fittings. On this level there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. This bedroom has doors leading out to the garden and patio area.
Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with sea-facing balcony. Across a spacious landing is the third double/twin bedroom also with ensuite bathroom with shower.
The villa has a very spacious veranda running the length of the property just above the pool terrace. There is a large private pool with stylish teak furniture and loungers set out in an exotic garden with a huge double hammock set underneath the shady fronds of a banana tree. There is a large outdoor dining area overlooking the pool and sea views as well as an excellent barbecue.
The property overlooks Bali bay and the sandy beach at Bali is only about a 5 min drive away. Along the beach, there are plenty of tavernas, caf-bars and shops. This is a very well placed villa to access either from Chania Airport (about 60 mins drive away) or from Heraklion Airport (about 45 mins drive away). The historical town of Rethymon with its fortified walls, castle and medieval town is about 30 mins drive away. The Eastern coastline of Crete has fabulous sandy beaches with mile upon mile of golden sand. The Western coastline is also easy to reach from here and also has many excellent beaches. Going westward from here you pass through stunning mountain scenery with gorges, rivers and charming Cretan villages.
Villa Bali II is one of two villas, each is entirely private and with its own swimming pool and grounds. The other villa has exactly the same layout as Villa Bali II and can be rented in conjuction for larger parties.
Villa Bali II would suit a family or couples looking for bedrooms of equal standard, with excellent cooking facilities, close driving distance to a sandy beach and tavernas and set in quiet and private surroundings.
