Tinos Beach Residence is a beautifully artistic property combining the traditional architecture of the Cyclades with luxurious and contemporary furnishings.
This private estate with large pool and colourful grounds has direct access to Aghios Sostis beach and stunning views across to the harbour of Mykonos, and the islands of Delos, Naxos and Rinia.
On the ground floor level, there is a large and elegant open-plan living room with dining area. The kitchen is a wonderful space with fantastic views over the Aegean Sea. The kitchen is very well equipped and designed, and perfect for guests who enjoy creative cooking whilst on holiday. The living and dining areas are very spacious, and the furnishings are luxurious with a simplicity of style and many artistic touches. French Windows lead out onto a beautiful covered terrace overlooking the pool and view.
The property has six bedrooms in total. Three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom are on the ground floor. Two bedrooms with twin beds are on the lower level. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom with shower, and with large windows that have views over the sea.
Greek island summer life is all about outdoor living and the Beach Residence has truly magnificent terraces surrounded by spacious grounds. There is a very large outdoor dining area for 16 guests covered by a huge pergola with barbecue and elegant dining table. There is a separate outdoor living area and a beautiful feature is the outdoor open fireplace where guests can sit and enjoy unforgettable magic star-studded nights overlooking the Aegean Sea. The swimming pool (12m x 5m) is an eco pool and from its sunbathing terrace guests have a fabulous view right across to the harbour of Mykonos and the surrounding islands. A pathway through the grounds leads to a gate which opens directly onto Aghios Sostis beach.
Aghios Sostis beach is a sheltered beach with soft sand and calm, azure waters. About 2 mins walk further down the beach is the organised part of the beach with sun loungers, umbrellas and beach bar. The nearest tavernas, mini market, bakery and grocery shop are about a 15 min walk from the villa or 3 mins by car. 'Chora', the picturesque main town of the island is only 4.5 kms away or 5 mins drive away.
The property has air-conditioning in all bedrooms, WIFI, TV, DVD, i-pod compatible sound system, and ecological beds, mattresses and linens. There are two members of staff employed daily who do the housework, prepare breakfast and can do some light cooking. A chef can be arranged at an extra cost. There is also a trainer for Pilates, Yoga and Aqua Aerobics that can be organised.
This is a perfect choice for guests wanting to find easy but sophisticed island living on one of Greece's most sought after destinations.
