The Antiparos Beach Retreat is located on one of Greece's most sought-after islands. Antiparos is a 'hidden away' jewel lying off the coast of Paros with beautiful beaches and a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere. The Retreat is located in the Boudari area very close to a small, sandy beach and within easy walking distance of the main village of the island.
The property consists of two joyfully decorated houses - a Main House sleeping 6 guests and a Guest House sleeping 5-6 guests.
The Main House comprises three levels. The ground floor level has a spacious and comfortable main living-room with satellite LCD TV and DVD player, Hi-Fi system with CD and i-pod station. Comfortable sofas and armchairs are set around a fireplace with views over the sea. There is a spacious open-plan kitchen and indoor dining area.
On the first floor are two air-conditioned master bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms with shower and WC. Each master bedroom has its own private balcony and fabulous views right out across the Aegean towards the islands of Paros and Revmatonissi.
The lower ground floor has one air-conditioned bedroom with direct access to the patio from external stairs and is ideal for teenagers, children or a nanny, with two separate built-in single beds and its own fully equipped shower and WC.
The Guest House has direct access to the garden and the terraces and can accommodate 5-6 guests. There is one air-conditioned bedroom with a built-in double bed and a single bed for a child. This room has its own fully equipped shower room and WC. The second bedroom has a built-in double bed, with its own fully equipped shower room and WC. There is also a cosy sitting area with satellite LCD TV and fridge and an extra single bed.
The property has two telephone lines and internet access. There is a daily live-in housekeeper who has her own separate staff quarters. The housekeeper can also prepare breakfast and is a great cook - and this is included in the price of the villa. In addition, the villa has its own private Baja speed boat with skipper which can be organised upon request at an extra cost.
The Retreat is surrounded by a large mature landscaped garden which provides privacy and coolness. The property has a large swimming pool set above the iridiscent sea with bar and shaded areas in which to seek refuge from the midday sun, or to dine alfresco in perfect surroundings. There is also a stone built BBQ and an outdoor wooden stove which is perfect for relaxed Mediterranean style dining right by the beach.
The terraces are beautifully furnished and overlook the sea and garden. They run the width of the villa giving flexibility to the living space. An outdoor covered patio provides the perfect place for hours of chilling-out and dining in an area protected from sun and wind.
Antiparos is a beautiful, unspoiled, small traditional island facing the west coast of the cosmopolitan island of Paros. It is conveniently located in the Cyclades, as there are over twenty five islands in a 25 mile radius. Charming sandy beaches alternate with secluded rocky bays, thus satisfying the adventurous and those seeking peace and tranquility.
