Bel Air is a fantastic luxury three bedroom property with a large swimming pool and panoramic views over the Aegean Sea and pristine nature of the Peloponnese. It also features a state-of-the-art outside cinema for those long balmy evenings.
Upon entering the property, the high level of luxury is immediately apparent. There are huge windows all around to take in the surrounding views. The decor combination of white and pale green draws in the surrounding nature. The furniture is contemporary in style and of very high quality. There is a large open plan space with living room, dining area and kitchen. Cooks among the party would love the high-spec kitchen. The dining area features a stunning contemporary style table postioned perfectly to take in the panoramic views.
The master bedroom offers ensuite facilities and is beautifully equipped with built in wardrobes, TV and direct access to the swimming pool terrace. There is a twin bedroom in the main house also with ensuite facilities and direct access on to the rear courtyard which is home to the outside cinema.
The guest house contains the second master bedroom with access to the roof terrace, a small sitting area downstairs and private bathroom facilities.
The outside space is spacious and beautifully designed with a very large swimming pool (15m x 5m) and plenty of stylish sun loungers and umbrellas. The outside dining area features a large dining table with built-in seating and plenty of comfortable pillows. There is also a comfortable outdoor living area under the shade of modern style pergolas and plenty of areas where guests can relax looking right out over the countryside to the sea.
It is a short drive from the town of Porto Heli (Porto Xeli) which is famous for its natural marina. The calm waters provide the perfect play ground for water sport enthusiasts and the harbour is lined with a mixture of cafes, restaurants, shops and bars. It is a chic place and pulls an international crowd without loosing the traditional aspects of the village. There are also boats for hire locally and the coastline around Porto Heli has dozens of beautiful little bays and beaches to explore whether by car or hired boat. The pretty island of Spetses lies just opposite and its a short water taxi ride across where guests can then enjoy the charm of the island and its excellent array of restaurants, cafes and boutique shops.
For guests with walking difficulties, the villa has a good design - there is a ramp to access the property and two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. Please note however there are steps into the pool.
Usually it is much larger properties that offer such a high standard of luxury so it is a great opportunity for a single family or 2-3 couples looking for something really special but within their price range.
Please note that the cinema is available for guests' use but a separate refundable security deposit has to be paid in advance in order for this facility to be included.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bel Air.
We had a wonderful and warm welcome from Miltos and his wife. They provided some welcome gifts, like fruits, greek cheese and white wine, and an extensive list of small elements that eased our life.
The house is amazing and super equipped. With some notice every time it's needed. Miltos is also really reactive in case of any question or issue. Of course it helps as he speaks French.
I also want to thank you and the Pretty Greek Villas team. Very proactive, a lot of attention. Which makes us very comfortable and secure.
