Villa Blue Diamond is in a magnificent location on the hillside just above Parakia the main town of the island with panoramic views over the Aegean Sea. It is ideal for two families or a large group of friends wanting to holiday together but have some independence as well.
The villa is on two levels.
The ground floor has a spacious open plan living room, dining area and very well equipped kitchen. Huge glass doors lead out onto the terraces. On the ground floor are three bedrooms/2 bathrooms: The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with direct access to the swimming pool terrace and magnificent sea views. The 2nd double bedroom has a king-size bed and the 3rd bedroom has three single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.
The upper floor also has an open plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms on this floor – a 2nd master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with uninterrupted sea views; the 5th bedroom has king-size bed and the 6th bedroom also has a king-size bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom, and both bedrooms have sea views.
A sofa bed is available in the living rooms. There is air-conditioning and strong WIFI throughout the property. Daily housekeeping service is provided.
Outside there are comfortable outdoor living and dining areas with superb views, but the wow factor of the property is the large infinity pool, jacuzzi and terrace with their incredible views over the endless blue of the Aegean Sea with the white Cycladic town of Paroikia nestling below. In the evenings to sit and enjoy the peace of the night sky Is magical.
The property is in a secluded and quiet location yet within only 5 mins drive to Parikia with its array of tavernas, cafes and shops. There are some excellent beaches all within a 5 min drive or so with soft, golden sand and translucent water.
