Blue Escape

Located right on a golden, sandy beach on the island of Zakynthos, this contemporary villa has been built to very high standards. It combines elegance, luxury and modern design with traditional architecture using natural materials. Built at the edge of the blue waters of the Ionian Sea it offers amazing views from all aspects of the property.

The entrance of the villa is situated on the first floor where there is an open plan space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable living area with fireplace. One of the five luxurious bedrooms with double bed and a private bathroom is also located on this level of the villa.

On the ground floor level there are three more bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with twin beds, each with an en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms offer a panoramic view of the Ionian Sea, a separate veranda and access to the swimming pool. The fifth bedroom is built next to the main building and it is equipped with cooking facilities, a double bed, air-conditioning and a private bathroom with shower.

Outside, there is a colourful garden and a BBQ area with kitchen and large dining table where guest can enjoy al- fresco dining under the shade of a pergola. Outside there is a large infinity pool surrounded by comfortable sunbeds. Next to it on one side is a Jacuzzi, and on the other side a private bar with a beautiful lounge area where guests can relax and enjoy ‘sundowners’ only steps away from the sandy beach and translucent sea.

Blue Escape provides central heating and air-conditioning system individually controlled in every room. Daily full breakfast is served every morning in the privacy of the villa and is included in the price. The villa provides free wireless hotspot system in all areas of the villa, full Satellite Channels in all bedrooms and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, etc. There is a private gate with remote control and parking lot inside the property. 

“Ladofanaro on the Beach” is a restaurant located conveniently a short distance away from the villa. There you can sample traditional dishes of Zakynthos, cooked with pure ingredients and fresh fish caught close by. Very close to the villa, within a 5 minutes drive you can be at the resort of Tsilivi, where you can find a shopping center with super-markets and numerous shops. Moreover, you can meet the nightlife of Zakynthos, enjoy a dinner at a premium restaurant or a dance at a bar or club. Tsilivi beach is perfect for children as the sea water is warm and shallow, while the blue flag awarded beach is ideal to build the sandcastle of your dreams. The more adventurous can either have a go on the water sports available there or at the water park. Along the beach road there are bars open from early in the morning till late at night serving coffee, drinks and snacks.

Blue Escape is only 9 km away from Zakynthos International Airport and 6 km from “Chora”, the capital town and the harbor of the island. On the island of Zakynthos there are beautiful sandy beaches with crystal blue seawater, breathtaking landscapes and hidden pathways and dirt roads on the mountains to explore. The famous Navagio (shipwreck), the legendary Blue Caves, the historical town of Zakynthos; the old Venetian castle, the Marathonisi Island are only a few of the places you can visit.
