Villa Bougainvillea is located in a superb spot just above the main town of Dapia and from its position has lovely views over the Saronic Gulf. The villa has a very unique and artistic style with custom-made furnishings of a very high quality. Every bedroom has its own theme and character and each has its own en-suite bathroom. The beautiful garden is full of colourful flowers, bushes and trees with a lovely private pool as well as beautifully designed outdoor living and dining areas.
Around the main entrance oleander trees with their beautiful white and pink flowers welcome guests to this charming villa. As you enter the blue wooden door of the main gate a few steps up lead to the main living area, a lovely open plan space with sea views which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable sitting area with a fireplace. A large verandah which can be accessed from the sitting area and the kitchen has a built-in marble table seating 10 with a beautiful view of the garden, pool and sea. There is also a guest bathroom on this floor.
On the upper floor are two large bedrooms which share a spacious verandah with a beautiful sea view across the bay. The Olive bedroom has a double bed and is nicely decorated in olive green with elegant brass lamps and chandelier. The Sea bedroom with twin beds is inspired by the sea world with sea shells, starfishes and seahorses.
On the lower floor there are three more bedrooms, each with its own character. Two of these bedrooms have twin beds with French doors leading to the garden and swimming pool area. The third bedroom has bunk beds. There is also a small kitchenette on this floor.
All bathrooms are with shower. There is air-conditioning throughout, WI-FI, flat screen satellite TV, as well as a daily maid service. Top quality Cocomat matresses and pillows have been chosen for their ecological materials and comfort.
The garden is spacious and colourful paved with white marble and dark grey pebbles. All around there are colourful flowers with boungainvilleas cascading over the walls and nicely planted bushes and trees giving a very pleasant feel. There is a large swimming pool with loungers and an umbrella and a beautiful sitting area in the middle where guests can enjoy a drink relaxing by the pool. There is also a very large custom-made outdoor dining table in iron-work featuring colourful tiles where guests can enjoy dining by the pool. There is another cozy outdoor living area with built-in traditional divan with cushions and a marble bar. New for the 2021 season is a stylish outdoor service area by the pool (and near to the barbecue) with 2nd fridge and outdoor kitchenette so guests can easily help themselves to plates, glasses and cutlery.
The villa is located in the Aghios Fanourios area of the island approx. 650m from the main town of Dapia. It takes about 5-7 mins to walk into town and to the nearest beaches. A brand new quad bike is included making it handy to nip into town easily. The villa also has its own power boat and skipper - a complimentary tour around the island taking around 2hrs - 2 hrs 30 mins is included in the price of the villa and its possible for guests to book other days or half days out whilst on holiday. Please note fuel for trips including fuel for the complimentary tour is payable by guests - usually around Euro 200 for approx 2hrs - 2 hrs 30 mins.
This is an excellent quality villa for guests wanting to find a very stylishly decorated and well-equipped villa. It would suit both families with children or a group of friends wanting to be in a quiet area but within close enough reach of the town, harbour and beaches. Cook can be provided - please enquire.

First of all allow me to thank you for organising a perfect holiday
for us once again. We thoroughly enjoyed the villa - it was superbly comfortable for the 9 of us. I am even considering buying the mattresses they had in the bedrooms : ) The outside space especially the pool was a delight! The pool was in the sun all day, which made it even more pleasurable to use. Not to mention the water quality, which seemed gentle on the skin.
Yannis and Katerina were very attentive hosts. They checked in on us regularly and came round with delicious offerings of figs and sweets. The view from the house will stay imprinted on our hearts and in our minds until our next holiday...all in all, I would say this was the most comfortable villa we have stayed in on Spetses despite it being uphill and trickier to get to on foot.
Once again, thank you for your professionalism and individual attention to each one of our needs. You are doing a great job and we look forward to years of collaboration.
