The spacious interior tastefully blends old and new elements and together with the wooden floors and the stylish wooden furniture it conveys a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Large windows allows the light to come in giving a joyful feeling to the guests while enjoying the sea view from all levels of the villa.
Villa Chloris is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large open plan space with a cozy living area with a fireplace and TV set and a dining area with an antique style buffet cabinet and a wooden table that can comfortably sit 6 people. Next to the dining area there is a separate fully equipped kitchen with large storage cupboards and a dining table which sits 4 people. A beamed ceiling semi-outdoor space with large windows overlooking the island of Hydra is located right next to the kitchen and has a comfortable living area with TV and a dining table. On this floor there are two bedrooms, one of which is separated from the semi - outdoor space with a sliding door and has a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is located at the end of a corridor that connects it to the hallway. It has a double bed, and a separate bathroom. Both this bedroom and the living room offer access to the shaded front porch and the garden through sliding glass doors.
Wooden stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a cosy modern living room with a corner fireplace and TV set, an open - plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for 4. On this floor there is a third bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is a WC located next to it, with a large storage cupboards. Both the bedroom and the living room of the first floor have access to a large deck balcony through sliding glass doors. The deck balcony is partially roofed and has a marble dining table that can seat up to 4 persons and offers beautiful views to the sea and the town of Porto Heli. The first floor of the residence provides separate access to the front yard and the pool area through an external staircase.
At the beautiful garden full of colourful flowers and olive, lemon and mandarin trees there is a cozy shaded area with a large built-in bbq and a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals. At the front porch outside the house there are comfortable sitting areas where guests can relax enjoying a drink or reading a book in the quiet and peaceful setting. The swimming area is paved with asymmetrical natural stone tiles and there are sunbeds around the pool where guests can relax and enjoy the sun and the views.
The nearest beach is only 300m away and easy to reach downhill but quite steep on the way back up so we would recommend car hire. From Porto Heli there is easy access to the beautiful islands of Spetses and Hydra. Epidavros is about 50 km away and Nafplio is about a 45 minutes drive from the villa.
Villa Chloris is the perfect choice for families or groups of people seeking for a private and secluded place yet very close to the heart Porto Heli town.

We had a fantastic time at Villa Chloris. It is a beautiful house and the pool and garden especially were wonderful. The owners too, who met us at 1am when we finally arrived, were very kind and left us with a delicious moussaka. Please pass on our sincere thanks to them, they were wonderful hosts.

The owner Marianthi could not be nicer!
She spoiled us with so delicious food and was so friendly.

We loved Porto Heli too. A very nice village with very good restaurants and less tourists.
