Perfect for a family of four this little stone cottage is right on the shore! The small little boat will whisk you away with a picnic packed up and ready for the day!
The entrance to the colourful little cottage leads directly into the living room area which offers a peaceful atmosphere. To the left, steps lead up to the kitchen and to the right a little fireplace. The room is light with plenty of windows and a French door leads to the garden outside on the seaward side of the house. Within a large alcove is a comfortable built in double bed perfect for a couple to sleep in.
There is a separate bedroom, designed for two children which is accessed from the living room. The bedroom offers bunkbeds and enough storage for the whole family.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern conveniences including dishwasher. There is a lovely old farm house table painted in blue clashing vibrantly with a pink painted dresser and its these splashes of colour throughout the cottage which give this charming little place its name.
The bathroom is located off the kitchen and is a very well designed functional ‘wet room’ with a large shower, toilet and sink. The walls are a combination of stone and the traditional Greek cement-sculpted ‘tsimentogonia’ and the effect is great!
Outside, the property is located in its own grounds which are peaceful and private. Stone walls support a pathway which meanders around the olives and Mediterranean plants, past a large BBQ. There is a pergola with shade from a vine close by and a table and colourful chairs underneath - perfect for al fresco dining with direct views of the yachts anchored in the bay.
Between the little stone cottage and the sea is a large lawn. A great place for enjoying the sun or messing about with the kids. Beyond the lawn is the jetty. Two brightly painted red chairs and a marble table finish the scene - a great place for a late night discussion or coffee in the morning before setting off in the little boat for yet another Greek island adventure!
A perfect location for a family of four who understand what Greek island life is all about! Charming and simple.

Firstly we would like to say that the cottage was fantastic in many
ways, comfortable, clean, mosquito nets on every window etc.
The owners were very friendly but direct communication was almost impossible due to language restrictions but the daughter in Athens was very helpful.

We loved staying at the villa and found the boat a great way to get
around. I last stayed with you at Villa Osteria (?) on the Peloponnese a few years ago. We really did love the cottage.
