Dias Hideaway is situated in a traditional and quiet area on the southern side of the island where many of the best sandy beaches are found. The property sits on a large, private estate with views out over the sea towards the uninhabited island of Dias. The villa combines the benefits of having both a private pool and being only 180m distance from the beach.
On the ground floor, there is an open plan living room with comfortable sofas and chairs and a dining area with great views out over the pool and garden. To the right of the living area is a small but well equipped kitchen. On this level, there is a bedroom with twin beds which has doors leading out to a patio with views of the garden, pool and sea. Next to this room is a very smart, modern bathroom.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom which has a baloncy overlooking the garden, pool and sea. Next to this bedrooms is a spacious modern bathroom.
Since so much of the summertime is spent outdoors, the outside area surrounding the villa is particularly nicely done. French Windows lead from the open plan living area out onto a very large terrace with a shaded outdoor dining area with large table seating 6-8 guests, and with barbecue facilities. Beyond the terrace is a large private pool (40sqm) surrounded by various teak loungers. The villa is surrounded by large gardens and is in a very peaceful position.
A small country road leads down to a very pretty, quiet local beach which is usually sandy (approx 5 mins walk). For those wanting more facilities, the long sandy beach at Avithos with its sun loungers, tavernas and cafes is about a 5 min drive away. The nearest tavernas are about 1km away (3 mins by car - it is uphill to the village and tavernas so a car is necessary). The main town of the island, Argostoli, is about 10 mins by car - it has a great variety of traditional tavernas, some quite sophisticated restaurants, bars, cafes around the marina, a wonderful daily fruit & vegetable market, plenty of shops and fresh fish sold off the caique boats in the quay.
This is an ideal villa for families wanting an easy holiday in peaceful surroundings with beach and amenities close by.

This was our second holiday in Kefallonia with Prettygreekvillas and I have to say that it was perfect.
Your customer service and individual care and attention was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
We found it necessary to contact the owner of the Villa when we arrived as there was an internet fault but he arranged for a Technician to visit and the issue was fixed the next day, another example of efficient customer service which we appreciated.
To be honest, whenever we choose Greece for a holiday destination, you will be our “go to” choice and I’ve recommended you to friends who have shown an interest.
Thanks again for your attention to detail, well done and keep doing what you’re doing !

Similarly to previous years, my family and I had spent two amazing weeks at your villa Dias Hideaway in Kefalonia. The villa is situated in a picturesque region of the island with beautiful surroundings and a great view from the balcony on the upper floor. The interior is nicely decorated and provides all the comfort one needs after having spent a long day under the Greek sun. The outdoor area is very spacious, quiet and with a lovely pool. We're also very thankful to the owner of the villa, Mr Akis, who was very kind and helped us with fixing a couple of bits around the house. Overall, the villa was lovely and we had an amazing time, so thank you very much for everything! We look forward to our next summer holiday at one of your wonderful villas.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Dias Hideaway the villa is beautiful and the location wonderful we had previously stayed there before 10 years ago so we knew what to expect.
There was only one small problem in the villa the upstairs
bathroom shower was broken as the shower head support did not work, this was not a problem to us as there was only the two of us and we used the downstairs shower.
We could also not get the safe to work in the bedroom
I think this is faulty. Apart from these minor issues everything was
perfect and we would throughly recommend the villa to our friends

We had a very enjoyable holiday in Kefalonia. The villa - Dias Hideaway - was delightful. The design of the villa is excellent and the decor simple but very stylish. The amenities were very good in fact the only item we were missing was a pair of kitchen scissors! The cleaners came in 3 times in a week which was fabulous. The location was somewhat remote but we hired a car and were able to visit many of Kefalonia's beautiful towns and beaches. It also meant that we were able to enjoy very peaceful days and evenings at the villa. Stavros and his dad at the local mini market in Kleismata were very helpful and booked us a taxi when we wanted a night off driving! The family run restaurant - Cavo Liakas - in Spartia is the best restaurant around. Great food and excellent service!
We would definitely consider staying at Dias Hideaway again. Thank you and your team for all of your help in organising this wonderful holiday.

We did very much enjoy our time at the villa and Kefalonia is beautiful - the perfect setting for our first family holiday abroad which also happened to be our honeymoon!
The villa was lovely and the lady that met us was very nice and friendly especially towards our son.
We would certainly highly recommend both the villa and the service your company has given us in making our trip as wonderful as we had hoped. Plus, if we look at Greece for holidays in the future I will be sure to look you up first!

Just a quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed our holiday in Kefalonia.
The villa was lovely and although the garden was immature (as the villa was so new) the owner had planted a lovely vegatable garden,we were able to help ourselves to tomato, watermelon etc. it was a very nice touch.
