We loved the peaceful setting of the Eco House and didn't mind the long rough track.
Baby beach is lovely for swimming although tiny and we only had it to
ourselves on one occasion.
Overall we were happy with our stay.

We really loved it.
We adored staring at the bats sipping from the pool at
sunset each night, we loved the tranquillity, we loved the simplicity
of the house, it was gorgeous.
We're thinking of Spetses for our next adventure with you.

We thought Eco house was a great unique place, a real retreat. We loved it.
We personally found the track leading to the house ok,but did book a larger vehicle.
Sean the caretaker was very helpful and the pool Guy’s were very polite and efficient.

We had a wonderful holiday in the Eco House. Thank you for all your
help in organising our car hire and for all the information you provided about the house and the area around it. We drove from Thessaloniki across to Lefkada and this worked very well for us.
The house was excellent - we enjoyed the views and the pool and the
multiple terraces and the split level design of the house. It made for a very restful holiday and lack of wifi was a positive benefit! Also, the design of the house and garden meant there was plenty of shade and it was possible to find cool spots even in the heat of the day.
We met Sean on Wednesday and he was great - gave us some good tips on what to do, where to go etc, which was very helpful.

We are delighted with the villa. It is perfect - even better than the
descriptions and photos on the internet!
I just want to point out that you said there was no DVD player but
there is! (See below) The small screen on the wall is a DVD player.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Eco house thank you.. just a pity the weather wasn't better.
Not your fault , we just picked the wrong week. Yesterday it was
glorious just as we left! And we did at last get a sunset on Saturday
evening , otherwise it was mostly grey and overcast with the odd burst of sunshine. It is the wonderful light you normally get when its sunny that I missed so much.. anyway we still enjoyed it very much , we were both very tired so it was lovely to just relax and read books and do nothing very much. I gather from my friend Clare W. who was in the Fishermans cottage in Kefalonia that they had the same weather there and thunderstorms. She is still there so hopefully will have some gorgeous last few days.
I loved walking down through the woods to the little cove at the wine
growers, and we nearly always had it to ourselves..We went back to Porto Katsiki one day which is still lovely, but very crowded compared to when we first started going there over twenty years ago..
Levkada is undoubtedly a stunning island, and its not surprising that
its got so busy with lots of cheap flights and everyone wanting to go
there because it is so beautiful..

We had a wonderful week at the Eco House, it was everything we hoped it would be - complete peace and quiet, hot sun (interspersed with a little bit of thunder), great food in the local restaurants and friendly people. The snorkelling was fantastic, the sea was so clear it was like swimming in an aquarium. Even the track did not put us off (but thank goodness for the 4WD)! Everyone at Pretty Greek Villas was so helpful and thoughtful too. We would certainly recommend and use you again and we hope to return before too long.

much we had enjoyed staying at the Eco House for the first two weeks of July.
We enjoyed meeting and hearing about how the house had been planned and built, given that we had been very much enjoying the results. And we hope that the moving of the boat worked out OK.

We are enjoying our last day of a wonderful holiday at the Arbutus
Eco-House. We have greatly enjoyed our time here, and were pleased to meet Bob when he came round to fix something on the track. And we have been very well looked after by Sean and Anne.
We took various lovely trips (a day's fishing with Tassos from Nidri,
organised by the excellent Janet at Samba Tours; and a motor boat from Sivota), but I wanted to mention how exceptionally helpful Wildwind were (next to Club Vass) for anyone like me who wanted to rent a catamaran or dinghy for an hour or so. And we have hugely enjoyed exploring the island, and will put various additional suggestions into The Visitors Book.
Plus.... so much else: from swimming and eating and enjoying the
entertainment of the house martins about to hatch, and the antics of the frogs around the pool in the evenings. The well-equipped house (and its pool) and location are very special and we have been so pleased to spend two weeks here. Thank you.

We were also very grateful for the thoughtful supply of food and
supplies we found on arrival. This and your calm and helpful efficiency we very much appreciate.

We had a wonderful holiday in Greece. The Eco House was in an amazing setting and so peaceful. We thought it was all really nicely done as well couldn't have been better really. It was a longer bumpy track up to the villa than we anticipated but soon got used to it, and as I say, had a great time. Wouldn't hesitate to go back, and would definitely use pretty greek villas if we were to go elsewhere in Greece.

Eco house really fantastic experience, we totally loved the location and house itself and the pool.
The route definitely needs a 4x4 and this should be made very clear in the house description - even the cleaner and pool guy both used jeeps. Thanks again. We had a truly great time!

Just thought I would give you some feedback on the house

We basically had a lovely holiday and the villa provided a very secluded spot and a great pool for the children. It was a great spot and we had a really good week. The boat we hired from Nidri was a really good day out, and we enjoyed Vassiliki and Ammousa. My husband and son walked up to the highest mountain at 6 in the morning to avoid the heat one morning and we all did a lot of swimming in the pool and in the sea.

Thank you for helping us with such a lovely holiday. The house was beautiful and we had a very relaxing holiday. The support offered by the Pretty Greek Villas team in the run up to the holiday was ideal with all our little questions answered. Very supportive and extremely well organised.
The setting was beautiful with a wonderful view from the terrace and a cool breeze.
The house and pool were spotless on arrival and the regular change of linen and pool towels were very welcome. Fixtures and fittings were all of a good quality.
The double bed was extremely comfortable
The kitchen was well stocked with almost all the household items you might need when self-catering for two weeks.
Daniella from Budget and Mandy and Geoff could not have been more helpful particularly in relation to their local knowledge of the area.
The instructions to find the property and the local area; restaurants and beaches were very helpful. You may wish to add that there are 350 steps down to Egremeni beach which can be quite a challenge in the heat!
Again thank you all for your recommendations and your organisation of our holiday. It was extremely relaxing and just what we needed. We will certainly use you again should we be back to Greece next year with the baby.

We had a fantastic holiday - thank you very much.
The villa was perfect for a chilled out week of rest and relaxation.
It was beautifully cleaned and maintained.

Lefkas was lovely and we did lots of exploring. The information on
restaurants, beaches, etc at the villa was very helpful. Somebody had left a card for a restaurant they recommended which was indeed lovely. More recommendations like this are always helpful I think.
So all in all a lovely holiday and we were certainly very impressed
with the service from Pretty Greek Villas so I am sure we will be back for more next time we plan a trip to Greece!

We had a lovely stay and as usual Pretty Greek Villas has come up
trumps. At Marie-Louise's suggestion we ended our stay in Greece with a trip to Meteora, which was amazing.
I had been planning to write to tell you about the Eco House. It was very nice, wonderfully set up, and just lovely -- and the helpers, Mandy and Geoff, were wonderful. M-L guided us correctly in hiring a 4W drive car -- the unmade road going up to the house is very rough and long!
It was a wonderful holiday. Thank you.

We recently stayed at the Eco-House on Lefkada. The villa was lovely and genuinely 'in the middle of nowhere' as we hoped. The style of the villa felt like we were in a boutique hotel and the touches like having shopping there waiting for on us arrival was great given that we arrived late in the evening and with a very tired 3 year old.
We were really surprised at how nice the surrounding area of Lefkada was, the nearby bays were beautiful, quiet and with some lovely tavernas, we spent much more time out and about than we had expected.
I have already recommended the villa and your company to friends and may well be back ourselves to explore a different island,

Just a quick note to say hi and give feedback about our holiday. What a lovely week we had! We all feel as though we have had a good break but its nice to be home too.
Υou were 100% right to suggest the jeep.
The villa itself is just stunning and the views are breathtaking. We loved being there.
It was great having Jeff meet us and guide us in on the first night. So thanks to him and Mandy for having the place immaculate when we arrived.

The house works well on the Eco front.
The pool is excellent; without it the house would struggle, as good
swimming spots are all relatively distant
