Excellent for a couple, or even a small family of up to four (so long as the kids are small), villa Efterpi provides all the modern amenities in a peaceful and secluded area with some watersports facilities.
Surrounded by nature and crystal clear blue waters Efterpi is all on one level. There is a spacious open-plan living room with a dining area and a well-equipped modern kitchen. Doors lead out onto a lovely terrace which surrounds the house with a dining area perfect for those exquisite al fresco moments, sun loungers for relaxing and a little separate breakfast area at the rear of this very pretty house.
The bedroom has a large double bed and access to its own veranda and a separate bathroom with shower. There is a large sofa in the living area which opens up and can be turned into a comfortable bed which can sleep one more guest or two young children.
The villa is nicely furnished in a modern style and offers all the necessary facilities in order to enjoy a few days of relaxation and comfort. It has a central cooling and heating system, washing machine, dishwasher and weekly cleaning.
Outside the property colourful gardens planted with Mediterranean flowers, herbs and indigenous shrubs provide the most pretty outdoor space. The little cove below the house can be seen from each and every aspect. There are pergolas cladded in bamboo placed around the villa offering shade to the guests sitting below. It really is an idyllic little place.
Just 30 metres from the villa is a beautiful, almost private beach with crystal clear blue waters and sunloungers provided. It is possible to hire a small motor boat which can be anchored outside and thus allows for further exploration around the pretty covers of Porto Heli. New for the 2021 season are 2 sea kayaks and 1 stand-up-paddleboard (SUP) for use by guests staying at Villa Efterpi and Villa Erato.
Porto Heli with its sophisticated selection of restaurants, cafes and shops is one of Greece’s secrets. It is an exquisitely beautiful, cosmopolitan part of the Peloponnese offering easy access to the islands of Hydra and Spetses.
The archaeological sites of Mycenae, Epidavros, Corinth and the Frachtis Cave can be easily explored in a day. The Venetian town of Nafplion is not too far away.

Me and my family had wonderful two weeks vacation in villas Efterpi and Erato! The villas have amazing location, in really private beach, so quiet and peaceful. Both villas are very comfortable, well equipped and nicely furnished. It was my dream to live just in front of the sea water and it became a reality because of you!
The problems we had first day with the AC and the internet were just of a current maintenance and Marie-Louise did everything to solve the problems as quickly as possible. We are so grateful to her, to you, and to everyone of your team!
I will definitely contact you for the next summer booking and may be itwill be as soon as you are able to make a reservations for the next year.

We are already home, everything ok. Apart from the things I already wrote you, we had a great holidays! The weather was great and we really enjoyd it..... I was amazed by the underwater life, actually I have never seen beautifuler sea life in whole Greece, a lot of fish, we saw octopus, sea turtle, starfish, and beach full of sea shells, amazing! My granfather with my older son went fishing a many times...
At the end I have to say that your work and your agency is very professional and I am sure we will be happy to travel with your help again!

I can t tell you how much we enjoyed our holiday in the Peloponnese.
I was in Efterpi and my son and daughter-in-law were in Erato. We loved the villas and I was well looked after by my family.
The sea was so warm and the beach private. My family were in the water several times a day. The Snorkeling was amazing - so much to see. I am already communicating with PGV about booking these
villas next year.
