Villa Elodie is a truly delightful property located on the sought-after northern coast of Kefalonia close to Fiskardo. Its artistic English owner has lovingly restored it to provide a charming and very comfortable retreat surrounded by nature.
There is a very cosy and comfortable living room that has double doors leading to a brand new fully equipped kitchen, dining area and chill out zone. Patio doors lead to a beautifully landscaped private garden with stunning lap pool.
The property has 3 bedrooms - in the original part of the house there is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom that share a family bathroom. In the new wing there is a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Above the living room is a mezzanine level where there is a double bed under the eaves.
Outside, there is a beautiful outdoor dining area as well as plenty of space for guests to relax around the pool surrounded by nature.
The villa has WIFI, air-conditioning throughout and maid service five times per week. Preparation of breakfast and cooking can be provided at an extra cost.
An ancient path leads from the property through the woodland to the pristine beach crystal clear waters of Dafnoudi beach (approx 35-40 min hike). Within a 5 min walk is the traditional village of Antipata which has two tavernas, a very nice cafe and two local grocery shops. The picturesque fishing town of Fiskardo with its colourful houses, excellent restaurants, bars, cafes and shops is about a 5-7 min drive. There is also boat hire locally from Fiskardo and it is very easy to reach many stunning beaches by car or boat such as Emblessi, Alaties, Agios Jerousalim and Foki Bay.
This is a wonderful opportunity for guests to enjoy an artistically renovated property in one of the best areas of the island.
Please note that although this villa has 3 bedrooms and the sleeping area in the mezzanine level, the villa owner strictly limits occupancy to 6 guests.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in the Villa, having a great time in the pool. Thanks too for the email with info on the availability of Gluten Free products for my grandson on our route from the airport. Not surprisingly, we didn't find any in the Fiscado shops but generally had no difficulty in the restaurants.
