Tucked away in a quiet laneway, this attractive Spetsiot-style house has been recently renovated and offers surprisingly spacious accommodation between a larger main house and 2 attractive cottages. The property is decorated with a mixture of contemporary and classic furnishings making it ideal for modern living. The entrance for the property is through a pretty archway, into a courtyard and walled garden, where you immediately feel a sense of tranquillity.
The main house is on two floors with a spacious living room on the ground floor with stone flagged floor, comfortable sofas and decorated with very beautifully chosen rugs, paintings, lamps and traditional artefacts. A hallway leads to a double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. Upstairs is an airy and peaceful master double bedroom and a single bedroom which share a bathroom.
Across the courtyard from the main house, a former stable has been beautifully converted into a farmhouse style kitchen with old beamed ceiling, smart country-style kitchen units and appliances with polished wooden dining table. The courtyard is shady and its dining area provides a perfect spot for breakfast or a long lunch away from the heat of the day.??
A 3rd cottage forms the guest annexe with a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a bathroom.
The property is well-equipped and includes WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine and air-conditioning in some rooms as well as ceiling fans.
The well-kept garden is a hidden oasis with areas designed for outdoor living, quiet reading or writing and with a new addition of a small plunge pool for cooling off on hot days. Nipping into town or going to the beach could not be easier as both are a short stroll away.

We had a really wonderful time on Spetses island in Villa Elsodeia! It’s such a pretty house and we especially loved the lovely gardens with different areas to sit, all the natural shade and also the gorgeous pool. We had a great time, just love Spetses and would be interested in any other islands simular to Spetses with very few cars but with quad hire for next year (although we may well go back to Spetses again), the villa was good.

Everything was excellent. The villa was great. Very comfortable, great location well equiped. The fact that bedrooms were separated in different buildings was also great. Furthermore, the pool, although I would rather call it a big bath, was more fun than I expected. Villa Elsodeia was wonderful. It is extremely well-equipped and includes everything anybody could possibly need. Our landlady, Corinne was a generous and caring host. She very kindly left us some provisions in the fridge and pantry that were gratefully accepted because we landed on Saturday afternoon and had travelled most of the morning from another part of Greece to get to Spetses. Corinne met us at the harbour with a taxi that she had pre-organised and then spent almost an hour showing us around the house and the island, including the closest beach, her favourite restaurant, etc. It was a wonderful and unexpected welcome and we wish to thank her for her generous and thoughtful hospitality. Before we have even departed we were trying to think of how we could one day return to Spetses and to Villa Elsodeia! The service from your agency when we had to call Marie-Louise and Ben to advise of a change in our arrival time was also very much appreciated. We will look forward to booking with you again if we come to Greece or recommending your agency to friends.
