Villa Eugenia is a very comfortable, easy-living summer villa within walking distance to the sea and to one excellent taverna. It is located within a well-designed villa complex known as Costa Bianca on the quiet bay of Salandi about 25kms from Porto Heli. Each villa is set within its own large grounds, with plenty of privacy and with stunning views over the sea.
Villa Eugenia is on three levels. The main entrance is at the middle level where there is an open plan living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. French windows lead out to the main terrace with outdoor dining area, large barbecue and comfortable outdoor living area.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms both with beds that can either be made up as double beds or twin beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom and a large verandah with fabulous views over the sea.
On the lowest level of the house – which is still at garden level – are two further bedroom. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and the other with double bed and separate bathroom. French windows lead out directly to the garden.
The gardens are large with lawns, mature trees and colourful flower beds. At the heart of the garden lies a very nice, private swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrella overlooking the quiet bay of Salandi.
Guests have access to the Costa Bianca tennis court as well as soccer and basket ball. There are lots of little coves along the bay with small pebble beaches fringed by pine trees and with crystal clear water – the nearest of which is just a few mins by foot. Also on the bay and within easy walking distance is an excellent taverna which is open daily in the main part of the season and at other times of the year at weekends. The village of Didyma is about a 10 min drive away in the hills above Salandi with local shops and some tavernas.
The cosmopolitan marina town of Porto Heli is about 25kms distance where there is a larger variety of shops, supermarkets, tavernas and cafes. Porto Heli is also well-known for its watersports facilities which include water skiing, windsurfing and dinghy sailing as well as boats for hire. For guests who enjoy historical and cultural excursions, the important archaeological sites of Epidavros, Mycenae and Ancient Corinth are all with easy driving distance as is the Venetian town of Nafplion. From Kosta harbour or Porto Heli, the island of Spetses with its upmarket restaurants, cafes and shops is just 10 mins across the bay by water taxi or Flying Dolphin.
For families looking for a moderately priced villa in a quiet location off the beaten track with the ease of having a few amenities on foot, Villa Eugenia is an ideal solution.

We had a wonderful holiday and thoroughly enjoyed staying in the villa. When we first arrived we were a little concerned at how remote the villa was. However when we settled in, explored the area and discovered our own secret beach, we had the most amazing two weeks. There was so much to see in the area and we loved the fact that there were so few other tourists.
The description of the villa on your website was very accurate. The space was great and please thank the staff for their hard work on cleaning the pool, house and tending to the garden. Everything was beautifully looked after.
The service we received from Pretty Greek Villas has been absolutely superb. From our initial enquiry to the quick response to various random emails I sent, the support could not have been better.
The local taxi firm and car hire were given were brilliant too. If we were to travel to Greece again ( which we hope to) we would certainly use your company.

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at the villa. It is well furnished and has a wonderful location overlooking the sea yet very close to a lovely little beach with clear blue water and a taverna. We never tired of the view.
We travelled to a number of fishing villages including Ermioni, Porto Heli, Kilada. We also took the flying dolphin to a nearby island, Spetses. We also hired a boat from Epidavros to go diving and snorkelling including around the island of Argolis.
There are many interesting sites within a short distance to see including the amphitheatre at Epidavros, the beautiful town and fort at Napflion, Mycennae. We also spent a couple of days visiting Delphi and Athens, just 2 1/2 hours away from the villa. We are already missing the blue skies and the blue sea....
I would highly recommend PGV as you were very professional, always available and very happy to assist us should we have been asked to quarantine on entry to Greece. The housekeeper was particularly lovely and even made us some homemade cake.

A perfect location for a family holiday - large pool, sea just minutes away with lots of little coves, lovely gardens and stunning views. The villa was roomy and - as it was built on 3 levels - provided quiet spaces and communal living which catered for all our needs. Lots of outdoor living furniture and plenty of shade. Great housekeeping and we were able to contact Pretty Greek Villa's whenever a query arose, so we were never left feeling that we were just 'a number'.
Great taverna on the beach & the daily bread & groceries van provided an excellent service. Great location to explore and visit nearby islands. Pretty Greek Villa's booking procedures were excellent and communication seamless.
All in all, a wonderful holiday.

Thank you we had a lovely holiday. We loved the villa and felt very well looked after. The only comment would be that there aren’t any overhead showers in the bathrooms, which was slightly awkward at times. Overall though it was of an extremely high standard.

We enjoyed the villa very much. It had everything we could wish for
and the garden was spacious and beautifully arranged with flowers, sunny and shady places and with a beautiful view. The pool was of course fantastic for the kids. It was great some water, tomatoes etc was there already upon arrival.
We cannot think of anything to improve. Keep it up!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The villa itself is stunning and extremely comfortable. The upkeep was excellent and the gardens outstanding. Everything was clean and working very well and we were delighted to see Mr. Bitu every day. He proved most helpful and assisted us with using the washing machine. The pool was excellent and he cleaned it every morning. The automatic cleaning device was also in very good working order.
Our kids were very happy and we were all very comfortable indeed.
