Villa Evita is located in the Aghios Fanourios area of Spetses above the town of Dapia. The villa has four en-suite bedrooms plus 5th children's room with ensuite bathroom, lovely sea views and a private pool.
The villa is on three levels: Steps lead to the middle level of the house and the main entrance where there is an open plan living room, dining area and very well equipped kitchen with doors leading to a covered verandah with outdoor dining area. There is a guest WC on this level.
On the ground floor level are 3 bedrooms with direct access to the garden and pool terrace. On this level there are two double/twin bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms as well as a small room with bunk beds suitable for children also with en-suite bathroom.
On the top floor are 2 bedrooms: The master bedroom with antique double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a lovely double/twin bedroom also with en-suite bathroom. These two bedrooms share a large verandah overlooking the sea.
All bathrooms in this villa are with shower. The villa is beautifully decorated throughout with light coloured linens and cottons in creams, blues and beiges and with some lovely artistic touches. There is air-conditioning throughout, WIFI, flat screen TV as well as a daily maid service. Top quality Cocomat mattresses and pillows have been chosen for their ecological materials and comfort.
The outside area is very well and comfortably equipped with stylish outdoor living area, in-built traditional divans with plenty of cushions, excellent quality teak sun loungers with comfortable cushions as well as an outdoor dining area with gas barbecue and private pool (8m x 4m). It is a very pretty space featuring the traditional pebble mosaic of the island and is surrounded by colourful flowers and plants with great views over the sea. There is also a stylish outdoor service area by the pool (and near to the barbecue) with 2nd fridge and outdoor kitchenette so guests can easily help themselves to plates, glasses and cutlery.
The villa is located in the Aghios Fanourios area of the island approx. 650m from the main town of Dapia. It takes about 10 mins to walk down into town and the nearest beaches. However, we would recommend quad bike or scooter hire since the villa is located uphill from town. The villa has its own power boat and skipper - a complimentary tour around the island taking around 1.5 - 2 hours is included in the price of the villa and its possible for guests to book other days or half days out whilst on holiday. Please note fuel for trips including the complimentary tour is payable by guests.
This is an excellent quality villa for guests wanting to find a very stylishly decorated and well-equipped villa with great sea views due to its location. It would suit two families with children or a group of friends wanting to find a quiet area but within close enough reach of the town, harbour and beaches. We loved our visit to Spetses and Villa Evita. The house was exactly as pictured on the website - extremely comfortable and clean. We were so grateful for the wonderful and gracious hospitality of John and Katerina. They left us wine in the fridge as well as supplies of all toiletries & kitchen basics. Made us feel very welcome. John took my husband off on his moped for a quick tour of the town which helped us find our way around more easily. Spetses in September has a wonderful laid back ease about it. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Organisation and communication from PGV was excellent with real local knowledge.

We had the most wonderful time in Spetses! Villa Evita was perfect – beautifully furnished, very well equipped and a divine pool. The quad bike was a real bonus and enabled us to get out and explore the island. The owners greeted us on arrival, showed us around the villa and how everything worked and provided a comprehensive welcome pack, including a delicious bottle of wine which was much appreciated. They also came on our last day to say goodbye and gave us each a lovely gift of Spetses sweets which was very kind of them. I can't think of any way to improve your service; booking was very easy and thank you for arranging all the transfers which worked very well, apart from the last pick-up from Piraeus but it was easy to jump in a taxi from the rank outside so it was not a problem. All in all we had a wonderful time and hope to be back, either to Spetses or one of your other beautiful villas.

I just wanted to let you know that we had a really lovely time on Spetses and that all of your suggestions and recommendations were spot on! I promised Yannis (owner) and his wife that I would leave a review so I wonder if you would include a few of our thoughts below on their review page? Villa Evita was perfect for our two families (4 adults, 4 children). The space worked really well (indoors and out) and we all enjoyed a fantastic week made all the better by the kindness of owner Yannis and his wife Katerina who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed - including delicious figs from their own garden! Our trip on their boat was a highlight and they were kind enough to invite us back to meet their lovely friends and family so the children could play together - it was as though we were visiting friends and we hope to return. In addition the service from Pretty Greek Villas was excellent and I would definitely use them again for future holidays. All their recommendations for restaurants were top notch and we enjoyed some super meals. They also organised a brilliant cook who did the most amazing job and provided babysitting for some much needed child-free evenings!
