This contemporary style villa is a rare find and ideal for two families or a group of friends. The picturesque town of Glossa and the pretty harbour of Loutraki with its excellent fish restaurants is just a short drive away.
Villa Grenadine is located on the northern tip of Skopelos close to the pretty town of Glossa. This is a fabulous, contemporary style property set in 15,000 square metres of gardens and natural forest. Lying just 30 metres below the villa is a pristine beach with crystalline waters – as good as private to this property since there is no other access to it except by sea.
The main reception area is on the upper floor with huge glass doors that lead out onto a fantastic terrace overlooking the pool and private bay below. This room is open plan in design with a comfortable living area, large dining area and very well equipped kitchen. The furnishings are colourful, artistic and modern accented with splashes of bright, jewel-like colours.
There are 4 bedrooms on the upper level: One master bedroom with en-suite bathroom; one guest double bedroom with separate bathroom, and two bedrooms each with two single beds that share a bathroom. All rooms on this level lead out to the main terrace and pool area.
On the ground floor level are two further bedrooms: a second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and one bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms lead to the terrace with its beautiful views.
All furnishings throughout the villa are of the highest quality, and all beds and mattresses are from the brand ‘Cocomat’ which is one of the best in Greece. Features include 2 LCD TVs, Satellite TV, DVD, washing machine, dish washer and Nespresso machine as well as daily maid service. WIFI is through the NOVA satellite and is suitable for emailing and browsing but not for heavy downloads such as movies.
The property lies nestled in its own private grounds surrounded by the lush, natural forest of the island. From the infinity swimming pool, guests can enjoy wonderful views over the bay. There are many little pathways winding through the gardens and areas where guests can relax and experience the absolute stillness and complete peace of the location. There is a large outdoor dining area for 12 guests under the shade of a pergola with barbecue, as well as an outdoor living area and spacious sun-decks with loungers. Just 30 metres along a pathway is a beautiful beach fringed by Mediterranean pines which is as good as private to this property. A magical moment of the day is sitting at this beach, cocktail in hand and watching the sun setting over the sea.
The pretty town of Glossa with its white-washed houses and traditional tavernas and shops is a short drive away. Just below Glossa is the tiny harbour of Loutraki where guests can enjoy just-caught fish at one of the excellent tavernas on the quayside.
Please note: The final part of the driveway is fairly steep so standard sized cars are recommended rather than larger vehicles.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grenadine. The villa was very well appointed, and the 2 minute walk to our very own private beach took it to an even higher level. Many happy lazy days either swimming in the pool looking out to sea, or on our beach in the crystal clear waters.
We had both family and friends staying with us and the villa accommodated all of us happily, meeting the demands of ages ranging from 6 months to 60 years. We especially want to mention the amazing Helen who was exceptional. She helped prepare breakfast each morning and clear up, and cooked a few meals for us, and cheered our every day with her warm smile and kindness and delicious food.

We have returned from Skopelos, leaving Camilla and Ben there for another week, lucky them!
I just wanted to thank you for organising everything so beautifully! The villa was absolute heaven, so pretty, in such an unspoilt paradise and, when we arrived late at night after a whole day's journey, we found the welcoming villa well stocked with everything we could possibly want, and with two beautifully made up cots for the exhausted babies, and a high chair all set up. We are all so grateful!
The villa was so comfortable, very well appointed, with glorious views, beautiful infinity pool and that heavenly little beach a short walk below! And the sunsets every evening, and the evening air infused with the scent of lavender and herbs!
And I want to tell you that Elena was a pure ray of sunshine every morning when she came to do the breakfast, as well as the times she dropped off our dinner! She was always happy and smiling, nothing was too much trouble, hugely helpful, prepared amazing breakfasts and delicious dinners, and she always left everything immaculately clean and tidy! She even smiled happily throughout one morning when we had no electricity nor water, and managed to produce a delicious breakfast! We all thought she was absolutely marvellous, and an absolute treasure!
George was absolutely marvellous and hugely helpful too, always at hand if anything was needed! And the cleaning lady was so lovely, so sweet, and left us with an immaculate house every day which was such a treat! There was also a charming gardener who went about his work quietly and discreetly.
We had a very special, very memorable family holiday in this wonderful villa, and thank you for organising it for us!

I was planning on writing anyway to say that firstly your all round travel info and help with arrangements (taxi transfer / car hire / extra help in the villa) is really fantastic and not something that is very often given.
I would have no hesitation therefore recommending you.
Secondly the villa itself was lovely and thirdly Helen who you found to help us with breakfast made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. She was a pleasure to see every morning. Hope this helps...
