A wonderful villa, situated right next to the Old Harbour of Spetses. The property is of an exceptionally high standard and offers a large group the chance to holiday in style.
Every aspect of the Old Harbour Residence on Spetses is truly magnificent. This generously proportioned property with its landscaped gardens and very large, private swimming pool is only steps away from the Old Harbour. There is nothing quite like enjoying cocktails on the terrace with an unparalleled view of the sailing boats and caiques that line this historical waterway.
The property comprises of a generously proportioned main house and a very spacious guesthouse. The main house has one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double/twin bedroom and a 3rd twin bedroom that share a bathroom as well as one single bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is a further single/twin bedroom also with a separate bathroom. The single bedroom in the lower-ground floor can have an extra bed added to it. The living room is very spacious indeed and with a dining area for 10-12 guests. The kitchen is particularly well equipped for entertaining.
The guesthouse has one double bedroom upstairs with ensuite bathroom, and one twin bedroom downstairs with its own bathroom. There is also a living room with a sofa bed.
The property is surrounded by large grounds with a 10m x 5m private swimming pool. There are many areas outside for relaxing in sun or shade including a fabulous outdoor dining area where up to 14 guests can be seated.
The Old Harbour Residence is an incredibly private and peaceful property and yet within very easy walking distance of the beaches, restaurants, boutique shops, cafes and bars of Spetses.

These few words to tell you that all of us loved the house and we enjoyed tremendously every moment in it! This to the point that we decided to stay until the last day despite our boat was waiting for us to start the cruise! Everybody was so kind of all those who looked after us and please tell all of them how much we appreciates their help!

We like very much the house and are all happy. The house keeper who replaces Rena is very good. No problem with her. It is a little bit more difficult with Barbara concerning the communication but Alexia is helpful. Be sure that we take care of the house. Barbara prepared a meal for Saturday and Sunday evening, She will come again Tuesday and Thursday evening. The house keeper comes everyday.

I would like to say how much we enjoyed the Villa. Everyone enjoyed the facilities, the space, the outlook, the cleanliness and the closeness to the restaurants. It is very good not having lots of cars all over the place. Having Rena made us feel spoilt and we had lovely meals around the big table. I would recommend the experience to anyone interested.

The house is amazing - so beautiful and functional - and we love Spetses. It has exceeded our expectations by far. Lisa's cooking is wonderful - and so is she. Thank you for your recommendations and all your help to get us organized for this holiday. It is very much appreciated. We have now moved on and arrived in Koroni where we will spend the rest of our holidays. We had an amazing time in Spetses and will definitely be back again some other time. We are now back to Paris after a wonderful month in Spetses actually our fifth stay on the island and certainly among the most pleasant. We have very much enjoyed being in such a pleasant and comfortable house which met our expectations in every respect.
