Panoramic sea views, space, tranquility and privacy are all found at this wonderful new property on Kea
This stunning stone residence is situated in a secluded position with no near neighbours in a very large private estate. From its elevated position, the property has endless sea views over the Aegean Sea with the Cycladic islands of Tinos, Syros, Mykonos and Kythnos spread out below.
The villa is on three levels. On the main level is a spacious living room with elegant dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The dcor is modern, tasteful and minimal in style. A guest WC is located on this level. Two large glass doors open onto a large terrace with outdoor dining area and stunning sea views.
Two bedrooms are on the upper level: The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Doors lead to a wonderful terrace with views over the pool and sea. The 2nd bedroom is also a double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and lovely views.
On the lowest level of the house is a further double bedroom with doors leading directly to the garden. There are also two additional sleeping spaces – with two single beds and a double sofa bed. On this level there is one bathroom with shower.
Outside, there are many areas for guests to relax including the wonderful outdoor dining terrace which lies just above a very beautiful infinity swimming pool (11m x 4m). There is also an elegant outdoor living area, outside shower and barbecue facilities. The property is surrounded by nature and guests can enjoy absolute stillness and tranquillity.
Just a few kilometres from the villa are some of the best beaches of the island including Koundouros which is a Blue Flag beach with soft sand and crystal clear waters. The lovely beaches of Orkos and Kampi are also within close driving distance. There are restaurants and shops only 1.5 – 2kms drive away, and the historical main town of the island is about 10 mins drive away.
Kea is an island which has escaped the influence of mass tourism and therefore offers something really attractive to the independent traveller. It is located just an hour’s ferry ride from Lavrion so can be easily accessed from Athens airport. Kea has retained a sense of timeless tranquillity and its many coves and bays, excellent restaurants, beautiful architecture and unspoilt nature makes it a perfect choice to experience Greek island life at its best.
