Three bedroom villa with stylish modern interiors and situated in a quiet location with a large pool that is shared between three properties.

The villa is very well located being just a few minutes walk to the restaurants and cafes in the Old Harbour, and just a 5 min walk to the nearest beach. In addition, the beach at Aghia Marina with its watersports and excellent beach-bar is just 10 mins walk away as is Dappia, the main town of the island.

The Hip Maison is on 3 floors. The main double bedroom has a king size bed (1.6m x 2m) with its own veranda is on the ground floor level. A bathroom with WC and shower is located across the hallway.

Stairs lead to a very stylish upper level living area with big cream divan style sofas, outside coffee tables, and ultra long diner. The kitchen is chic, modern and fully equipped. From the living area, doors lead out onto a secluded veranda that has built-in stone benches upholstered in brightly coloured cushions. From here, you have a bird’s eye view of the action in the Old Harbour to your left; to your right, you have a view of the sea and the neighbouring islands. Directly below is a perfect vista of beautiful gardens and the elegant neo-classical houses of the Old Harbour.

A contemporary style staircase of glass and chrome leads down to the lowest level of the house at garden level. This level offers more flexible accommodation: There is a guest bedroom with full size double bed (1.4m x 2m) Next to this, a bathroom with shower and WC. Across the hallway is the 3rd bedroom with one single bed fixed to the length of the wall, with another single bed that opens out from underneath (both single beds are 80cms in width). Doors lead out onto a garden patio with barbecue area.

The property has air-conditioning, WIFI, dish washer and washing machine.

The outside areas that the Maison shares are equally sophisticated and stylish: The large, shared swimming pool is minimal in design with stark stone faade behind the pool that complements perfectly the mosaic tiling. The landscaping is punctuated by perfectly placed olive trees, natural stone floor flagging surrounding the pool and with plenty of teak loungers and large cream umbrellas, this is a perfect place to ‘chill out’ after a hard night out.

The property is excellently well located in a quiet area but within a few minutes' walk of the shops, restaurants and cafes of the Old Harbour. Garifallo beach is just 5 minutes walk away, and within 10 mins walk is the beach at Aghia Marina with its excellent beach bar with watersports facilities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stays at both Elitsa in Hydra and Hip Maison in Spetses. Both very nice houses. We really had a lovely time and will certainly look at your properties again next time we go to Greece.

We had a great time at Hip Maison and we found it to be an excellent location for beach and restaurants. The villa was a beautiful home and was so well equipped as the owner had a family too which makes a huge difference. Home from home... The Car hire company were very very helpful too....they really went out of their way to be accommodating.
