An ancient stone footpath runs along the side of the house and will bring you a few minutes away to the charming hamlet of Antipata with its traditional taverna and elegant wine bar.

This is a beautiful two-bedroom villa built by local craftsmen using traditional materials. Numerous features using local stone, iron work and wood have been designed into the house including the generous balcony terraces that each of the bedrooms open onto - a perfect spot for a sunrise coffee or a “sundowner”. 

Inside, quality natural materials and thoughtful design imbue an air of tranquillity to enhance your stay in this elegant boutique accommodation. The kitchen is particularly well appointed including quality wine crystal, espresso machine, gas cooking and excellent drinking water from the Natralysis tap. The property also has underfloor heating for added cosiness in the shoulder season. 

Every care has been taken to provide a luxurious, healthful and sustainable experience. The Natralysis filter water tap provides EU Award of Excellence alkaline drinking water - a more healthful hydration than bottled water. Guests are provided with stainless steel water canteens on arrival. The villa also features a natural water swimming pool by Naked-Pool. Also award winning, it ensures purified pool water without the need for chlorine, salt or added minerals.  

Outside, there is the fabulous pergola with a great traditional handmade dining table, comfort seating, hand-crafted lighting features, barbecue and all to the sound of a Marshall Amp sound system. 

The property includes WIFI, air-conditioning, discreet housekeeping service and private parking.

The setting is secluded and private and yet, from here, you can easily immerse  yourself in an authentic Greek island experience. You could take a walk on one of the many ancient foot-trails around the property. Perhaps take the path for a morning dip in secluded Dafnoudi beach, one of many in the area. The unique pedestrian-only port town of  Fiskardo is only five minutes away by car. This Venetian gem is the jewel of the island and offers premium waterfront dining, boutiques and crafts amidst beautiful architecture and views. 

The property provides a sense of sanctuary and  discreet service in the context of island living whether it is lounging by the pool, sundowners on the terrace, traditional music in the local restaurant or the many water and island activities on offer. Quite simply, for the owners as much as for guests, the property offers the kind of magical experience that will remain with you for those long winter months ahead. 

Please note that the property is not suitable for young children, and due to the various levels it does not have wheelchair access.
