Villa Jasmine is in an enviable position right in the heart of Pitiousa and close to the Old Harbour. This is the place to be for anyone wanting to be part of the social summer scene on this sought-after island.
The property itself is located in a peaceful position. As you enter the gate the beautiful garden immediately catches your eyes with its profusion of flowers, trees and climbing plants with their heady Mediterranean scents.
The property is on three levels with three bedrooms in the main part of the house and a separate level containing a room suitable for teenagers.
Upon entering the house, there is an open plan kitchen featuring a high bench in the middle with stools. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. On the right of the kitchen is the living area with comfortable furnishings. Doors lead to a lovely terrace with outdoor dining area and living area. On this same level, a short corridor leads to the first bedroom with twin beds and opposite is a separate bathroom with shower.
A staircase leads to the first floor where there is a bedroom with bunk beds and a divan and a separate bathroom with shower. To the left is a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom and a small balcony with a lovely view over the garden.
At the side of the house, steps lead to a self-contained level with its own entrance. As you enter there is a large room/playroom with two built-in divans that could accommodate up to 4 teenagers. There is also a bathroom with shower.
The outside areas have been beautifully designed with a large outdoor marble dining table for 8 as well as a shaded outdoor living area. From the inside kitchen/living space there is a separate terrace with another dining area for 6, living area and small table for 2. The gardens that surround the villa are captivating in their charm and beauty.
The property has a combination of air-conditioning and fans, as well as WIFI.
Villa Jasmine and its surroundings are very peaceful yet the property is located in the very heart of Pitiousa with its square, café and own secluded beach. The Old Harbour which is the centre of the summer social scene is just a few minutes walk away with its array of excellent restaurants, cafes and bars. Garyfallo beach is just a few minutes walk, and the beach at Aghia Marina with beach bar, umbrellas, loungers and watersports is about 7 mins walk. Shops and supermarkets are within a 10 min walk and the supermarkets will deliver to the villa.
This is a comfortable family home in peaceful surroundings, and with easy accessibility for young and old alike to be able to walk to all that the island has to offer.
