Water-front property in a prime location on the sought-after island of Santorini
Villa Jocasta is in a perfect position right on the sea below the picturesque town of Oia. With nothing but the Aegean Sea before you, guests can totally unwind and enjoy light summery breezes and spectacular sunsets.
The villa is on two self-contained levels. On the ground level is an open plan living room with 3 built-in divan beds, a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a double bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with shower. For extra guests using the divan beds, there is a 2nd bathroom with bath-tub and shower.
On the first floor is another living room with kitchenette, dining area and two built-in divan beds. This level has one double bedroom with queen-size bed and bathroom with shower.
Both levels have a private verandah and there is an outside sofa, outdoor dining area, bar, day bed, loungers and hammock. Guests can enjoy the sea-facing private pool which is also a perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets over the sea.
The villa is very tastefully decorated in breezy shades of the sea, and is well equipped with SAT TV, DVD, CD, WIFI and air-conditioning. There is also a daily maid service.
From the villa, there is direct access to the beach. Being a volcanic island, Santorini has black sandy beaches. Just 4 mins drive away is the lovely town of Oia with its sugar-cube houses painted in pretty colours cascading down the hillside. Oia has great restaurants, bars, cafes and shops and is famous for its sunsets.
Jocasta is ideal for a group of fun-loving friends or two couples holidaying together wanting to combine a beach holiday with the lively social scene that Santorini offers.
