The main house has been designed to maximise indoor-outdoor living. Large French doors open onto shaded verandas and peaceful courtyard spaces, ensuring the magnificent Ionian Sea views remain a constant backdrop throughout your stay.
The ground floor features a spacious and welcoming living area with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area ideal for gathering with family and friends. Two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, are also located on this level. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, each furnished with twin single beds, making them ideal for children, although they are equally suitable for adults. These rooms share a bathroom located on the ground floor. All bathrooms have been recently renovated with a clean, contemporary aesthetic.
The kitchen opens directly onto the outdoor dining terrace, where a pergola provides welcome shade during the warmer months. Guests can enjoy cooking on the Big Green Egg ceramic barbecue, perfect for creating tender, slow-cooked dishes full of flavour, while a traditional barbecue is also available for those who prefer classic grilling.
Nearby, a table tennis area provides the perfect opportunity for some friendly family competition before or after a leisurely meal.
A gentle stroll beneath mature olive trees leads to one of the villa’s most impressive features: a stunning pool terrace. The generous swimming pool, measuring approximately 70 square metres, features easy-entry steps and enjoys magnificent views across the surrounding landscape. The soothing sound of water gently cascading over the pool’s edges creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable sun loungers and shaded seating areas beneath a pergola invite guests to unwind and enjoy long days under the Mediterranean sun.
Beneath the pool terrace, a fifth bedroom offers exceptional privacy. Complete with its own terrace and en-suite bathroom, it provides a peaceful retreat for guests seeking additional seclusion.
