Villa Katharos is one of two villas built side-by-side on one estate in the countryside of Antiparos island.

Ideally suitable for 8 guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, this newly-built luxury villa can accommodate up to 10 guests plus 2 guest-staff - 12 persons in total sleeping, at no extra cost.

The ground floor has three bedrooms of which one has a king size double bed and the other two have two single beds that convert to one double.

The upper level is completely independent with its own entrance and comprises a bedroom with a queen size bed and a sitting room with a fold-out couch bed for two and a kitchenette.

Additionally, there are independent living quarters for guest-staff with two single beds that can alternatively be used for guests, if need be.

All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and their own television and silent ceiling fans.

Central air-conditioning throughout the main building on the ground floor. Independent air-conditioning in the upper level and guest-staff quarters.

The villa is serviced by villa-staff that visit daily and do not remain on the premises overnight.

Villa Katharos stands out for its quality construction and equipment with minimal architectural lines and natural material used in the making; stone and wood in abundance blending perfectly with the estate’s surroundings.

A huge open air veranda that embraces the pool comprises three different spaces with designer furniture that await you to relax every hour of the day: breakfast in the dining area under the pergola, sunbathing next to the pool, afternoon lounging, drinks under the moonlight in the atmospherically lit verandas.

The interiors and bedrooms are modern, bright and comfortable, with elegant furniture with views to the serene countryside and hills, and the sea in the background. Both indoor and outdoor areas are

adorned with their own piece of art, distinct in their own way, contributing to the cultural atmosphere of the villa.

The location, more or less in the centre of the island, allows for easy and quick access to all destinations; tavernas and beaches. Only 4,5 km (or 10 minutes by car) from the main town of Antiparos and the picturesque port that connects Antiparos island to Paros island with a regular ferry service, that runs every half hour in summer.

The nearest beach with crystal clear water is only 900 meters away (or 3 minutes by car) on the eastern coast facing Paros island,
