Villa Krotiri is a charming property set within a garden full of flowers and a stone throw away from a gorgeous sandy beach with crystal blue waters.
Krotiri is a gorgeous little stone built house lying next to a sandy beach with crystal clear waters. It is part of a well-tended group of seven houses, all with private gardens and unobstructed panoramic views towards the bay and town village of Paroikia. The design of the garden is such that ensures a high level of privacy
At the top of the garden is a huge dining area which has ample shade given from the pergola overhead. There is comfortable seating around a large slab of marble and the views across the pool, garden and bay beyond are unique. There are also other outdoor seating areas, ideal for siestas during a hot summer’s day, breakfast, dining and drinks in the evening. The garden is full of indigenous plants which provide a colourful blaze as the flowers burst into bloom. It also features a large cypress tree, wild bay trees, rosemary, bougainvilleas and geraniums. A large sized swimming pool (5x8 metres) finishes off this idyllic holiday setting.
On the upper level of the house is a second shaded entrance area with further seating around a table. The stone archway gives a beautiful picture frame to the vista beyond. Beyond the entrance area lies a central open plan living space consisting of living/dining room with hardwood floors, large sofa and a dining area seating six, open-plan kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, espresso machine and toaster and a guest WC.
On the lower level is a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with twin beds as well as newly extended bathroom. All bedrooms have excellent ceiling fans.
The house is equipped with TV/DVD, Cd Player/MP3, WIFI, washing machine and cleaning service three times a week. The port town of Paroikia is 10min by car.
This property is perfect for a family wanting to holiday in a very pretty villa, close to a beach on the very popular island of Paros.
