La Cabane de Zoe is located in one of the prettiest and most charming neighbourhoods of Spetses. Kasteli used to be the old capital of the island and is just 5 mins walk from the main harbour of Dapia. The property has breathtaking views over the town of Spetses, the bay below and right out over the sea to the islands of Hydra and Dhokos in the distance.
This very elegant and comfortable villa is on 3 levels. The main entrance is on the middle level of the property and opens onto a beautifully decorated living room, a very well-equipped French style country kitchen, and a dining area. Doors lead out onto a very spacious covered verandah with beautifully appointed outdoor living area and panoramic views over the sea. On this level is a lovely double bedroom decorated with some beautifully chosen antique pieces, and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the upper level is an elegant master bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom as well as a very pretty guest double bedroom also with en-suite bathroom. On this level, there is a large verandah with views right out over the sea, as well as a smaller balcony with views over the pantiled roofs of the old town below.
The lowest level of the house has a 2nd living room which has been very nicely decorated and has a 2nd dining area. From this space, doors lead out onto the pool terrace. On this level are two further bedrooms – a double/twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a double bedroom with separate bathroom.
The décor throughout all levels is exquisite making a truly comfortable and elegant home from home. There is Satellite TV, WIFI and air-conditioning.
Surrounding the property is a walled garden with many lemon trees and bougainvillea, and at its heart is a wonderful swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and areas to relax. From the main verandah, steps lead directly down to the pool and barbecue area.
The beauty of being located in Kasteli is that guests can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the neighbourhood whilst being very close to all that Spetses has to offer. The main town of Dapia is just a 5 minute walk away with its array of shops, tavernas and bars. The Old Harbour is about 5 mins by scooter or quad bike or a 25 min walk away.
In all weeks other than August prices are based on up to 6 guests. Please enquire for 7 - 10 guests.

This was one of our best villa holidays we have ever had. Thank you so much for all the help with taxi transfers in Athens and Spetses which all worked out; we were impressed by the service from Pretty Greek Villas.
La Cabane de Zoe was beautiful and we enjoyed Spetses and the surrounding area. Only improvement is that delivery people from the supermarket and for pizza did not know the property. They told us to say it was next to “Step-anyardis House with red doors in Kastelli’ - perhaps this could be added to house information.
We would definitely use Pretty Greek Villas again.

I just wanted to say thank you for an unforgettable stay at Villa Cabana De Zoe, we absolutely loved it, and it was the perfect villa for our family to stay in during our wedding. My mother also reserved two of your villas during the wedding period and had an amazing time!
Naturally we are missing Spetses a lot, and my new husband and I would love to come back and stay in one of your villas towards the end of June next year.

We had a lovely time.
The house was incredibly comfortable and well furnished. It was also beautifully clean - so many thanks to the cleaner. We d love to come back and are tempted by the same house.

Coincidentally, we recommended to our friends to come with us to Spetses at the same time and they end up renting our house this week! We also have the K. family who are currently in the Pitioussa 1 rental and all are very satisfied.
