Liana

Villa Liana is a beautiful contemporary style villa that offers privacy and beautiful views over Vourkari Bay and the sea from all the rooms inside, and all the terraces outside. For the construction of the villa natural materials have been used such as stone and wood which blend perfectly with the natural surroundings. Inside the dominant colour is white used for the walls and white cementokonia for the floors with colourful splashes here and there. The carefully chosen furniture and works of art give an artistic and joyful feeling. 

The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms. White cementokonia stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a large living room with panoramic sea views, an office area with large desk and an open plan fully equipped kitchen.

The 3rd bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen size bed, a sitting area and en-suite bathroom and is located in a separate guest house on the ground floor.

From the living-room, a large glass door leads to an outside cinema-terrace where guests can enjoy watching movies under a massive pergola carved out of Iroco wood. Following the cinema terrace there is a large Zen Terrace with cushions and loungers where guests can enjoy a yoga session or a drink watching Vourkari Bay and the yachts coming in and out. A few steps down is the swimming pool area with a large 12 X 5m pool and long built-in sitting area with cushions and sunbeds around it. There is a shower and bathroom. Close to the pool there is an exterior kitchen with a beautiful stone bbq and a dining table where guests can enjoy dining and the view to the bay. 

There is a walking path outside the villa leading to Vourkari, a small fishing village which has recently become very cosmopolitan offering a selection of restaurants serving lobster spaghetti and traditional dishes. In the village there are also some nice café/bars, a few shops and minimarkets and 2 clubs. In its closed and protected bay, you will see dozens of boats and sail boats anchored, while frequently sailing races starting from the Saronic Gulf finish here. The beautiful beach of Yialiskari is only 5 mins walk away. The port of Korissia is only 1.8 km away and the island's Chora, Ioulida is 7.5 km away. Just 3 km away is the beach of Otzia, an sandy beach ideal for families with small children that is organised with facilities such as sun loungers, umbrellas, tavernas and mini market.
