Set out on a large hillside with wonderful panoramic views over the southern coast of Kefalonia, Villa Linatela has been recently completed to very high aesthetic standards. It is set within a collection of villas above Trapezaki beach - each villa has its own private pool, gardens and privacy.
Villa Linatela is the largest of the villas and is on two levels. From the main hallway entrance situated on the upper level, there is an exceptionally spacious open plan living room with fireplace, dining area and a very elegant and fully equipped kitchen. Doors lead out onto the large pool and outdoor dining terrace shaded by a pergola.
Steps lead down to the ground floor level where the four bedrooms are situated. There is a large master bedroom suite with four-poster bed and spacious en-suite bathroom and small living area. There is a large twin bedroom that has its own en-suite bathroom with large shower area that has been stylishly tiled in natural sand and stone colours with marble fixtures. Across the hallway are two large double/twin bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have access to spacious verandas or balconies overlooking the sea.
Villa Linatela has very spacious rooms which are full of light and decorated in soft, natural colours. The interiors and furnishings are contemporary in style giving an overall feeling of restfulness and elegance.
The villa has WIFI, air-conditioning, TV, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, hair-dryer and safe-box.
The surrounding gardens have been planted with a profusion of Mediterranean flowers, shrubs and herbs and designed in such a way as to give privacy to the property. Linatela has its own private pool (40 sqm) and outdoor dining area overlooking the magnificent southern coast of Kefalonia.
The sandy beach of Trapezaki which tends to be one of the quieter beaches even in the summer is about a 2 minute drive away. The nearest village which has a good selection of shops, excellent bakery as well as various tavernas is about a 5 minute drive.
Villa Linatela is a luxurious villa with its four bedrooms and four bathrooms and would therefore suit a large group of friends or two families holidaying together.
