Villa Luminosa is an exquisite retreat designed to comfortably host up to five guests. This luxurious villa features two opulent bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and contemporary en-suite bathrooms with soothing showers. Additionally, a spacious sofa bed in the living area accommodates an extra guest.

The villa's expansive living space includes a grand living room, an adjacent dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen that seamlessly opens onto the main terrace. The terrace is an inviting space with a cozy dining area, relaxing sitting spots, and a high table with chairs, offering stunning views of the pool and the sea. The second sitting room is furnished with plush sofas and a large-screen television, perfect for unwinding.

Outside, a shaded dining terrace overlooks the surrounding olive groves and a spectacular infinity pool, which appears to flow into the lush vegetation and merge with the sea. The pool area is complemented by wooden loungers, parasols, and a hammock for ultimate relaxation. An outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas BBQ, ice bar, and sink, along with a pergola-shaded dining area, enhances the alfresco dining experience. Additional amenities include a private jacuzzi, sunbeds, and an outdoor shower.

Whilst the villa enjoys a high level of privacy, for larger groups, Villa Luminosa can be rented together with the neighboring Villa Chiara, accommodating up to 10 guests in total. This combination is ideal for family gatherings or large group get-togethers, offering similar luxurious exteriors for both properties
