Villa Marzia is set upon the banks of a gentle river with views over the Keri Nature Reserve to nearby Keri Bay.
This is a spacious, semi-detached stone villa with hand-carved wooden interiors and large verandas overlooking the lawns and vegetable gardens which run down to the river.
Villa Marzia is on two levels. The ground floor has a large, open plan farm-house kitchen which is well equipped with dining area, living area and guest WC. A wooden veranda runs the length of the house with plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying the view and garden.
Wooden stairs lead to the loft-style upper level where there is a small children’s bedroom screened off from the hallway by pretty cream drapes. Through the children’s bedroom is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is very romantic with hand-carved four-poster bed and soft muslin drapes. Double doors lead to the veranda with sea views over the bay.
The beautiful beach of Limni Keriou and its pretty fishing village are a distance of 100 metres. The villa is situated on a quiet lane, surrounded by gardens which are enclosed from the river and is an ideal spot for families with children. Although car hire is not necessary, it's fun to hire a boat locally to explore the spectacular coastline around Keri with its white, chalky cliffs and iridiscent blue waters with hidden beaches only accessible by boat.
Villa Marzia and the adjoining Villa Adonis are available for let separately or combined for larger parties. Early booking is recommended.

We had an amazing holiday at Villa Marzia.
The accommodation was superb and the level of service was superb. They were so friendly but also respectful of our privacy and nothing was too much trouble.
They even included us in a barbecue at their home and introduced us to the other guests which was so much fun.
We loved Keri and villa Marzia and will undoubtedly visit again.

We have been meaning to respond however, to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Villa Marzia and how welcome Marzia and her whole family, including George and his family, made us feel - nothing too much trouble, always on hand if we needed anything and very generous with their hospitality - including some fun BBQ evenings they hosted for us and other quests.
The location itself, Limni Keriou is idyllic - charmingly relaxing with everything to hand and, again, the people who work there proving very friendly and welcoming - just what we were looking for. In this respect, we'd also like to say thank you to you, Marie-Louise and Ben for helping to find and arrange this holiday so quickly for us and on brief.
I think we had it all sown up within 24 hours. In fact, we enjoyed it so much we've just recommended Villa Marzia and passed your details on to some friends of ours.
