Villa Mataki has a pool for the kids to play in and a simple layout making it a great choice for a young family wanting to holiday in Greece and only a short distance to a sandy beach on the popular Greek island of Kefalonia
A sweet little property, perfect for a family of four with private pool and garden, and very close to a gorgeous sandy beach
Villa Mataki has been recently completed to very high aesthetic standards. It has very spacious rooms which are full of light and decorated in soft, natural colours. The interiors and furnishings are contemporary in style giving an overall feeling of restfulness and elegance. Being part of a group of villas, located in a quiet setting on a gentle hillside overlooking Trapezaki Beach, Mataki is a great choice for families wanting the privacy of an independent villa but with the chance for the kiddies to be able to mix and play with other families.
This is a one level villa with a loft. The ground floor of the villa consists of the living room, the kitchen and dining area and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobe. A small staircase leads to the second bedroom in the loft. The bedroom has two single beds and en-suite bathroom.
The living room opens out onto the pool deck with sun loungers from which to enjoy the stunning sea views and there is a pergola-shaded patio with outdoor dining area.
The sandy beach of Trapezaki which tends to be one of the quieter beaches even in the summer, is about a 2 minute drive away. The nearest village which has a good selection of shops, excellent bakery as well as various tavernas is about a 5 minute drive.
Villa Mataki would suit families or couples seeking a combination of an excellently well-equipped and beautifully furnished villa with the ease of the beach close by.
