Family accommodation with use of large swimming pool close to a white sandy beach
Villa Narkissia is part of a small collection of boutique villas each with their own private patios and gardens. The three villas have exclusive use of a large swimming pool (16x9 metres) set in its own stone-terraced garden with magnificent views.
Villa Narkissia is on two levels. The main entrance is on the upper level where there is a large open plan living room with dining area and well equipped kitchen with full cooking facilities. French windows lead onto a veranda with outdoor dining area with wonderful views. On this level, there is a bathroom with shower and WC. Downstairs is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a separate bathroom that has shower and WC. Both bedrooms have French Windows leading out onto a spacious terrace from which guests can access the pool terrace easily.
The villa is beautifully furnished and well equipped and includes Sat TV, WIFI, waching machine and barbecue. There is a large air-conditioning unit in the main living area which also adds coolness to the bedroom level below.
A short distance down the hill is the charming village of Agios Nikitas where cars are prohibited from its narrow, winding streets. There you will find a good selection of shops, bars and tavernas – the village is an ideal place to sit and relax and enjoy excellent, local cuisine and some low-key nightlife. From the beach of Agios Nikitas, there is a regular water taxi that takes guests to the white sand beaches of Kathisma and Pefkulia which have to be amongst Lefkadas most stunning.
A great option for parties of up to 12 guests is to rent all three of the Narkissia Villas with the huge swimming pool shared between them, or to rent Villa Aphrodite, Villa Antigone or Villa Polymnia each with their own private pool which also belong to the same collection.
Villa Narkissia is one of three beautiful, traditionally built stone villas that share an exceptionally large swimming pool. Each villa has its own panoramic sea views over the west coast of Lefkada. The villas are within very short driving distance of the fishing village of Aghios Nikitas and its sandy beach.

Hi Vickie
We did very much enjoy our stay at Villa Narkissia 2 and 3. The villas were to our expectation. We also enjoyed the fresh bed linnen and cleaning during our stay. The island of Lefkada is wonderfull and we will definately consider booking Villa Narkissia if we decide to return to Lefkada.
Best regards
Johan Lovlie

Dear Marie Louise,
Thank you for refund of deposit.
The Villa was fine with beautiful views over the countryside to the sea. Pool was great, as we were spending a totally 'chilled out' style holiday we spent a lot of time in and around the pool, again the views from the pool were superb.
Best Regards
Paulene & Phil Jones
