Villa Nautilos is part of a collection of villas set above Trapezaki Beach. Each villa has its own private swimming pool, surrounding garden and privacy.

Villa Nautilos is very spacious and is on two levels. The entrance of the villa is on the first floor. The first floor comprises two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. Both of the bedrooms access a pergola-shaded balcony with outdoor seating. Fantastic panoramic views can be enjoyed from the balcony.

The ground floor is accessible by a marble staircase leading down from the main hall. The spacious living room on this floor features a stone fireplace with concealed lighting that creates a very intimate atmosphere at night. Off the living room there is an outdoor covered sitting area by the poolside, with sofas (one is a built-in sofa) and a table. The living room offers direct access to the dining room and open plan kitchen. They both have doors leading to the pool area. A third bedroom and a family bathroom are also located on this floor.

The villa has WIFI, air-conditioning, TV, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, hair-dryer and safe-box.

The villa also features an outdoor dining area with wooden table, benches, and two chairs with fabulous views over the sea.

The surrounding gardens of each villa have been planted with a profusion of Mediterranean flowers, shrubs and herbs and designed in such a way as to give privacy to each property. Each villa has its own private pool and outdoor dining area overlooking the magnificent southern coast of Kefalonia.

The sandy beach of Trapezaki which tends to be one of the quieter beaches even in the summer is about a 2 minute drive away. The nearest village which has a good selection of shops, excellent bakery as well as various tavernas is about a 5 minute drive.

These villas would suit families or couples seeking a combination of an excellently well-equipped and beautifully furnished villa with the ease of the beach close by.

Just to let you know we had a fabulous stay in your villa in Kefalonia. Everything was perfect - villas were very comfortable and very well equipped.
