Spacious 5 bedroom villa with very large private pool, walking distance to the beach and just 5 mins across the bay by water taxi from the island of Spetses.
Villa Neptune is a very spacious modern villa with many additional facilities located in Kostoula which is one of the most sought-after areas of Portoheli 5 mins across the bay from the island of Spetses.
The villa is on three levels: The ground floor has a large open-plan living room with plenty of comfortable sofas and armchairs with views over the garden and towards the sea. There is a very well equipped kitchen with indoor dining area. Doors lead out to the pool terrace, outdoor dining area and garden. On this level there is also a bathroom with shower and WC.
On the upper level are three bedrooms: A master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower; a guest double bedroom and a third bedroom that has the flexibility either to have 2 single beds or one double bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. The master bedroom and guest double bedroom share a very large outdoor terrace with fabulous views over the sea to the island of Spetses. The third bedroom has doors leading to a small balcony with views over the garden towards the island of Hydra.
On the lowest level of the house at garden level are two further double bedrooms and a large playroom featuring a fantastic brand new home cinema. There is also a ping-pong table and 3 sofa beds where extra guests can be accommodated. There is one bathroom on this level. All levels of the house are connected internally via a staircase.
The property has a very large private swimming pool (16m x 11m) with wide steps at either end of the pool making it easy for children or older people to get in and out. Children can have fun in the pool with the new pool volley set. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool area shaded by some large umbrellas, and a very nice outdoor dining area shaded by a pergola with barbecue. The whole property is very private and surrounded by extended grounds containing natural pine trees and other indigenous plants with lovely views over to the island of Spetses.
The villa has air-conditioning in all bedroms and WIFI and maid service. Extra cleaning and a cook can be arranged.
There is a large beach just 200m from the villa and just a few minutes by foot. Approx 3 minutes drive away is a private water taxi jetty at Kostoula beach for the water taxis to and from Spetses which is lit at night. The villa is ideally placed to be able to enjoy the restaurants, cafes and shops located on the sought-after island of Spetses which is just 5 mins across the bayi. Water taxis also leave from Kosta harbour (just 1km down the road) where there is also an excellent fish taverna. The cosmopolitan marina town of Porto Heli is about 7 mins drive away.
For guests who enjoy cultural activities, this is an ideal base for exploring the major archaeological sites of the Peloponnese and with the summer festival at the Ancient Amphitheatre of Epidavros world-class opera and theatre can be seen under the stars on most evenings of the summer.
This is a good and spacious villa for large family gatherings with plenty to see and do nearby.
Prices below based on 10 guests using the 5 main bedrooms of the villa. An additional 11th or 12th guest can be accommodated in the playroom on sofa-beds: GBP 50/night per adult, and GBP 30/night per child up to the age of 15 yrs. Babies free of charge. This applies to all seasons EXCEPT 23/7 - 27/8 where the price already includes up to 12 guests.

We returned home last evening after the most fabulous week in Villa Neptune. Indeed we could not have enjoyed our time any more. Thank you both for all you did to ensure that we had such a memorable holiday.
The villa was absolutely superb. The highlights were the magnificent pool, its close proximity to the wonderful beach, its peaceful location and the amazing views across to Spetses. And we had two super days on the boats that you arranged for us to hire from Takis in Porto Heli.
And hugest thanks from all the Lawsons too. It was another cracker of a villa and we really had a fantastic time. Thank you for all your help too regarding hire cars etc. We loved it all and are rather blue to be back in the throes of autumn, washing and packing for schools!

Pretty greek villas had a lot of beautiful looking houses. We loved Neptune and had a wonderful time. The house was very spacious, the pool larger than it looked on the photos and we loved being able to see the sea. The owners were very welcoming.

for a big group.
Loved it. Expansive so the kids could run about and get lost in it.
The kitchen was set up for most things, we had lovely evenings out on the terrace and days by the pool. No complaints, I would do it all over again.
For myself, I was impressed that your website photos were honest and gave a true picture of what the place was like. At one point, before we arrived, I was thinking this place can t possibly be as good as it looks . However I am delighted to confirm that it is!
The only wildlife we saw were the neighbourhood cats which perhaps accounts for the lack of other animals.

May I first say what an incredible holiday we had in Greece.
After 4 days of travelling and visiting so many cultural and beautiful sites and places, it was an absolute pleasure to arrive at Villa Neptune. The owners were very helpful meeting us in Porto Heli and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived at the Villa.
Sometimes pictures and descriptions are exagerated but Villa Neptune was more beautiful and bigger than we expected.
It instantly felt like a luxurious home from home, the rooms were so spacious and the pool was stunning. The children all learned to dive this summer.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the views, the area, the privacy, the bbqs and meals on the terraces and didn t want to travel too far so we could enjoy the villa.
There are so many things we loved about our stay and the villa and the maid and family were very friendly and helpful. If we did decide to come back to this part of Greece one day, we would not hesitate to stay again and recommend to friends and family.
We would like to explore some of the Greek islands next year and would be happy to deal with Pretty Greek Villas to find the perfect villa and location.
