Villa Ninemia with its breathtaking views over Syvota Bay (Mainland) offers guests a luxurious retreat with its own private infinity pool, spacious grounds, the use of a helipad as well as the option of a speed boat with skipper, and sleeping up to 10 guests.

Ninemia is an incredibly impressive, well-designed villa. It is located within mature gardens on a hillside with majestic views over the multiple bays below. The property is an interesting blend of Italian and Ottoman stying with a contemporary twist. Stone walls and terracotta roof tiles marry well with the large glass structure to the front aspect of the property which looks to the east for its artistic inspiration.

The entrance to the ‘living’ area is at the side of the house. Guests are greeted by a pergola which gives shade to the main door which is cascading in blue plumbago flowers and jasmine. There is a large open plan living room with dining area and very stylish kitchen. The decor is refined in its sophisticated simplicity with fine works of art projected perfectly on the stone walls. The room is divided into several separate parts but it maintains an open plan feel. The horizon pool and view of the sea below in the bay can be admired from almost every angle. There are many sliding glass doors with linen drapes wafting in the breeze at the front of the space which give direct access to the pool terrace. There is also a guest WC and shower room on this level.

Upstairs are four bedrooms: A master bedroom with super king-sized bed (2 x 2.10m) which has its own en-suite bathroom and a wonderful balcony overlooking the bay. There are two very well-appointed guest double bedrooms and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom. Three of the bedrooms take in the fabulous view of the bay through large contemporary glass windows.

There is a guest suite with double bedroom, en-suite bathroom below the pool which has a private terrace overlooking the bay. The guest suite can either be accessed directly from the main house or through its own independent access from the garden and is the most luxurious bedroom in the property.

The décor throughout is really stylish combining natural elements of wood, stone, light linens and cottons. The villa has WIFI, air-conditioning, Satellite TV and Playstation 4.

The outside areas have been beautifully designed. From your private infinity pool (10.5m x 5m) and large jacuzzi, you can gaze right out over Syvota bay nestled between hillsides covered in cypress forest. The pool and Jacuzzi have the added luxury of being heated between the months of September to June. Surrounding the pool is a marble border set within a large wooden deck - luxurious and perfect for bare feet! The pool is finished in a pebble effect which glistens in the summer sun.

The outdoor living and dining areas are very large with modern, comfortable, elegant furnishings shaded by contemporary style pergolas. There is a large built-in barbecue close by with an outside dining table conveniently located very close to the main kitchen in the house. For the more active guests, there is also an external, shaded and fully equipped gym.

Guests have use of a private heli-pad if needed and there is also a speed boat with skipper that can be arranged at an extra cost.

Ninemia is one of the finest villas we have seen. It would make for a wonderful summer residence for those looking for the perfect house to easily explore some of the most picturesque bays and islands in the Ionian. Our feeling is that it would suit multiple families who have active members and those who would like to relax by the pool and enjoy the high standard facilities of this exceptional villa.
