This is an ideal property for adults who enjoy entertaining with plenty to satisfy all guests whether they are dynamic and looking for plenty to do on holiday, or whether they simply want to relax in a luxurious and quiet setting.
The Orange Grove is a beautifully located villa on the outskirts of Porto Heli. Situated within a large private estate, this newly completed property has been designed by one of Greece's most eminent architects.
Now that the pool can be heated, it makes it the perfect holiday villa for early season bookings.
The property is all on one level and consists of two wings connected by a glass walkway. The main wing is a huge open plan room with double height vaulted ceiling where the glass walls can be opened up entirely to the beauty of the garden and nature outside making it a perfect summer residence. The furnishings in the living room are soft and comfortable with contemporary art work complementing the minimalistic approach to the styling. There is an elegant indoor dining area, with a small but very stylish galley-shaped kitchen. The glass walkway leads down to four master bedrooms of equal standard. Each is decorated individually and features its own en-suite bathroom where the technique of tsimentagonia; or softly sculpted concrete; has been used to great effect. Each bedroom has French windows leading to a terrace and the garden.
The villa has air-conditioning throughout, DVD, CD/MP3, WIFI and Sat TV.
The outside entertainment areas have been beautifully created with a very large terrace running the length of the villa mirrored by a long swimming pool (12m x 5m) that is surrounded by citrus groves and lavender borders. There is a large outdoor dining area with barbecue as well as a very stylish covered pagoda above the pool which serves as an outdoor living area.
Within the grounds of the property is a brand new tennis court as well as a shaded parking area. A nice quirky touch is the over-sized chess set situated in a quiet corner of the grounds, and the whole property is gated with its own private entrance and driveway.
The Orange Grove is ideal being in a tranquil and private spot surrounded by countryside yet only approx. 1.5kms from the centre of Porto Heli with its marina, bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. The nearest restaurant is approx. 500m distance, and the nearest beach is approx. 2kms away. (Car hire though is still necessary). For guests who enjoy historical and cultural excursions, the important archaeological sites of Epidavros, Mycenae and Ancient Corinth are all with easy driving distance as is the Venetian town of Nafplion. Watersports including water skiing and boat hire are all available locally at Porto Heli. From Kosta harbour or Porto Heli, the island of Spetses with its upmarket restaurants, cafes and shops is just 5 mins across the bay by water taxi or Flying Dolphin.

I just wanted to write to let you know that we had a fabulous time at
the Orange Grove. It is a lovely villa, brilliant tennis court and ground and pool. We will be returning!
