Peparythos

Located just outside Skopelos town in a great location for exploring the island, Villa Peparythos is a fully renovated private property with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 sofa bed available.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, hob, filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, toaster, kettle and full set of crockery and glasses. In addition, the villa has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, first aid kit, fire extinguishers and safe-box.

The living area is very comfortable with modern and luxurious furnishings and fabrics. Great emphasis has been placed on elements of traditional architecture combined with a modern, minimalistic feel.

Both bedrooms have double beds with top-quality mattresses of the well-known, award-winning company Coco-Mat. Both bedrooms share a stylish, modern bathroom. There is also a sofa bed available for a 5th guest.

The villa is also equipped with Smart TVs in all rooms, there is air-conditioning throughout as well as WIFI, and the villa features a SONOS sound system. 

The villa has its own entrance and parking, while the comfortable outdoor area is complemented by the impressive private pool, a spacious, covered, traditional-built barbecue accompanied by a large outdoor dining area.

The villa has wonderful sea views from all aspects, and is surrounded by lush green hills typical of the islands of the Sporades.

Skopelos Town is a 5 minute drive away - Skopelos Town has UNESCO World Heritage status. It has some excellent tavernas and cafes along the harbour-front. The island abounds with breathtakingly beautiful beaches with pristine water surrounded by nature. Boat hire is available on the island.
