Villa Perigialli is a modern villa located in an enviable position with spectacular views over the sea and the seven Princess Islands which include the famous Onassis island of Skorpios. Surrounded by olive trees and wild flowers, Villa Perigialli has to occupy one of the most spectacular positions in the whole of the Ionian.
Villa Perigialli has been finished to an exceptionally high standard with superior furniture and fittings, and a/c throughout. On the ground floor is a large open plan living room with kitchen and dining area. These rooms are particularly well appointed with comfortable sofas, TV and DVD. The kitchen has all modern conveniences including dish washer, washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge and all other necessary equipment. French windows lead to the balcony with spectacular views over the sea - a perfect spot to enjoy alfresco dining.
Also on the ground floor is the master bedroom and a twin bedroom both with en-suite facilities. Both these bedrooms have furnished balconies again with magnificent views.
An outside staircase leads to the the lower level of the villa where there are two further bedrooms each with twin beds and en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have balconies which enjoy the lovely sea views. On this level, there is also a small second living room with sofa bed and well equipped kitchenette. French windows lead out onto the swimming pool terrace. Here there is a spacious patio overlooking the swimming pool with a dining table for 10. Enjoy dining al fresco in this most romantic of settings with the scent of the flowers from the well tended gardens. The 40 square metre swimming pool has sun beds and umbrellas, there is also a well equipped BBQ and plenty of space for parking.
Villa Perigialli is in a secluded position and yet within walking distance to the lovely beach of Passa in Perigialli and only 2 km from the cosmopolitan marina of Nidri with its choice of shops, bars, tavernas and night life.
