Villa Perivoli is a modern villa located in an enviable position with spectacular views over the sea and the seven Princess Islands which include the famous Onassis island of Skorpios. Surrounded by olive trees and wild flowers, Villa Perivoli has to occupy one of the most spectacular positions in the whole of the Ionian.
Villa Perivoli has been finished to an exceptionally high standard with superior furniture and fittings, and a/c throughout. On the ground floor is a large open plan living room with kitchen and dining area. These rooms are particularly well appointed with comfortable sofas, TV and DVD. The kitchen has all modern conveniences including dish washer, washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge and all other necessary equipment. French windows lead to the balcony with spectacular views over the sea - a perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with en-suite facilities. Double doors from the bedroom lead out onto the terrace with its breathtaking views.
On the upper level, is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Double doors lead out onto a private balcony where guests can enjoy the most spectacular of views.
Outside, there are well stocked and tended gardens with a 40 square metre swimming pool overlooking the sea. The spacious patio with its dining area is a perfect place for enjoying leisurely meals. Sun beds, umbrellas and a well equipped BBQ are all provided. In addition, there is parking for 2 cars.
Villa Perivoli is in a secluded position and yet within walking distance to the lovely beach of Passa in Perigialli and only 2 km from the cosmopolitan marina of Nidri with its choice of shops, bars, tavernas and night life.

Well what can I say..... what an amazing place and fantastic holiday we had. The location is perfect with total privacy as the property is not overlooked at all and the view it to die for, never once got bored looking at it. The furniture was adequate and mostly comfortable.
Apart from that, we will certainly be booking through yourselves again this time on Peloponnese.
Yiannis at Maria Travel was SUPERB, what a lovely lovely man, he left a note saying there would be a powercut the following day and also very kindly left us fruit on another.

I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time on our holiday. We arrived at the villa and were meet by Yiannis who is so incredible nice. The view is wonderful, the photos on the website don't do it justice. We were all taken a back by the view and the pool. Just want dreams are made of.
The villa was just perfect, and although the slope is a hard walk, the villa totally makes up for it. Again Yiannis was so kind, he offered to take us shopping, visited us once with fresh fruit during our stay and bought us a gift when we left. He couldn't have been kinder.
The cleaner came twice, once to do a full clean and once to empty the bins. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. Everything that we needed was at the villa.
The whole holiday was great. We really enjoyed it.
