Comfortable family villa with pretty garden and pool in one of the best locations on the island
Villa Pitiousa is situated in a very private and quiet position in the sought-after area of Pitiousa close to the Old Harbour, the heart of the summer social scene of Spetses.
The villa is prettily decorated in sky-blue and white throughout and is on three levels. The ground floor level has a comfortable living room with dining area and French windows leading to the surrounding garden and pool. There is a separate, fully-equipped kitchen as well as office and bathroom.
Downstairs are three bedrooms - a large bedroom with double bed (1.60m x 2m) and en-suite bathroom, a smaller bedroom which can either be made up with a double bed or two single beds with a separate bathroom; and a single bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom.
At the top of the stairs on the 1st floor is a French Window in the hallway accessing a very pretty verandah with outdoor living area. On this upper level there are also three bedrooms: The master bedroom with double bed (1.60m x 2m) with en-suite bathroom; a double bedroom with double bed (1.60m x 2m); and a third bedroom also with double bed (1.4m x 2m). These two bedrooms share a separate bathroom.
The villa has WIFI, air-conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and a daily maid service. Preparation of breakfast or cook can be arranged at an extra cost.
The garden is very private with large lawn and a very spacious covered outdoor dining area and comfortable outdoor living area overlooking the private pool. The garden is planted with many colourful flowers and aromatic plants.
Villa Pitiousa and its surroundings are very peaceful yet it is located in the very heart of Pitiousa with its square, cafe and own secluded beach. The Old Harbour which is the centre of the summer social scene is just a few minutes walk away with its array of excellent restaurants, cafes and bars. Garyfallo beach is just a few minutes walk, and the beach at Aghia Marina with beach bar, umbrellas, loungers and watersports is about 7 mins walk. Shops and supermarkets are within a 10 min walk and the supermarkets will deliver to the villa.
This is an ideal property for guests looking for a comfortable family home in peaceful surroundings, and with easy accessibility for young and old alike to be able to walk to all that the island has to offer.

Thank you for your advice on our villa selection, it was a lovely place in a good location and we all thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. I can see what you meant about avoiding the scooter heavy busy roads on the island. We particularly liked the small beach just behind Pitousa, beautiful swimming. We really appreciated the high quality of the furnishings (high quality bedding, very important in a hot country) and that the gardens, pool and house were so well kept. It was also very useful that essentials like oil, condiments, honey and even some suncream and insect repellent were provided. The transfers etc all worked very well, thanks for your help.

We give villa Pitiousa and Pretty Greek Villas the thumbs up! The accommodation met all our needs and desires, some notable points;
* layout ideal for two families sharing, we split one family to the basement, one to the top floor.
* Great location, easy walk to old port for restaurants while in a quiet secluded location. Also Agia Marina beach walkable even with infants.
* We were thankful that there was air con in all rooms during the heat wave.
* Internet TV great for the kids.
