This lovely 2 bedroom villa is set in a lush oasis of Mediterranean plants, trees and shrubs and provides the ideal environment for enjoying Greek summer life at its best.
The villa is on two levels. Downstairs is a spacious living room, indoor dining area and well equipped stylish kitchen. The decor is light and airy, with french windows leading out to the terrace where there is a lovely outdoor dining area surrounded by the garden.
Upstairs are two bedrooms - ideal either for two couples or a family with 2-3 children. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom twin beds that can be made into a double plus an extra single bed. Both bedrooms have their own very stylish ensuite bathrooms.
The furnishings are of a very high quality with glass shower units and luxury COCOMAT beds. There is air-conditioning in all rooms and mosquito nets.
The gardens are truly beautiful with plenty of areas both in shade or in sun for guests to relax. There is also a private swimming pool (8m x 4m) with sun loungers and umbrella. Guests can also enjoy a little snooze in the hammock!
The property is located in a traditional part of the island towards the north. The local village has a taverna, supermarket and cafe. The nearest beaches are approx 3.5kms away where there is also a full range of amenities including watersports facilities. The elegant town of Zakynthos is approx 10kms away as is the port. The airport is approx 11kms.
Plum House and Lime Cottage are situated within the same property of 2,000 sq.m. and are naturally separated by mature gardens with trees. The only common area between the two villas are the main garage/land entrance where 2 cars can be parked together. Very close to the villas there is also an organic vegetable garden so guests have their own fresh produce. Although the two villas are within the same land, there is plenty of space so that guests of both houses enjoy their privacy.
