Inside, Polybius features two beautifully furnished bedrooms in the main house - a master bedroom with king-size double bed and a second bedroom that can either be a double or twin bedroom which share a spacious bathroom. On the same level is a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV and a crackling fireplace for cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and oven, provides all the conveniences for preparing delightful meals. The villa’s elegant design combines warmth and practicality, ensuring a relaxing stay.
The new guest house is situated below the main house with its own independent access. This is a studio space with double bed, living area, kitchenette and a separate bathroom with shower. French windows lead to the garden and pool.
Outside, a spacious terrace offers stunning sea views, perfect for savoring morning coffee or evening sunsets. The private pool, set amidst lush greenery, provides a refreshing oasis on warm days, while the outdoor dining area invites you to enjoy al fresco meals under the stars. A dedicated picnic area adds a charming touch, making it easy to connect with nature.
Polybius is just a 10-minute drive from the local beach and charming tavernas, where you can enjoy authentic Greek cuisine by the sea. The villa is also only 5 minutes drive from the charming village of Upper Akrata with its square shaded by mulberry trees where there are some excellent tavernas and cafes as well as a good array of shops.

The situation of the property is wonderful. We enjoyed particularly the quiet and the views, and the distance from the road.
The house itself is of very good build quality, with particular reference to the pool and the outside sitting area, and generally very well equipped.
