Villa Poseidon is in an enviable position on the coast at Kosta near Porto Heli only metres from many rugged sand-covered, unspoiled beach with crystal clear waters. The property is surrounded by lush greenery in a peaceful setting with stunning views across the bay to the nearby islands of Spetses (only 2 nautical miles) and Hydra. Villa Poseidon offers the ultimate in luxury, high aesthetics, modern design and comfort to meet the needs of the most demanding occupants
Villa Poseidon is on 3 levels with particularly spacious rooms throughout. The large living room is very comfortably furnished with stylish sofas and armchairs with a dining area suitable for 12. The kitchen is sleek and modern with excellent appliances, equipped for all catering needs. On this level there is also a guest WC.
On the level below the living room is a very large games/playroom which has a comfortable lounge area great for chilling out and watching a favourite movie. French Windows from the games room lead directly out onto the swimming pool terrace and outdoor dining area. The games room also has internet access as well as a small kitchenette – ideal for lazy, light refreshment moments without having the need to go up to the main kitchen.
The master bedroom suite is on the top level of the villa. This is particularly large with vaulted wooden ceiling and a spectacular large verandah with wonderful sea views to the front as well as a smaller balcony to the side. The master bedroom has a fabulous ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi. There is also an LCD satellite TV.
The guest double bedroom suite is also very spacious and stylish with its own ensuite bathroom and balcony with tremendous sea views.
In addition, there are 2 twin bedrooms which share a large bathroom. These bedrooms have French Windows opening onto a Court Anglais a narrow, shady outdoor courtyard. There is also one other double guest bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom.
Villa Poseidon has air-conditioning throughout, WIFI, LCD Satellite TV, DVD, dishwasher and washing machine.
Villa Poseidon is surrounded by beautifully tended and landscaped gardens with a variety of aromatic shrubs, brightly flowering hibiscus and some impressive Mediterranean pine-trees. There is a large, private swimming pool, spacious sun-bathing terrace as well as large, outdoor stone BBQ with an elegant outdoor dining area shaded by a pergola.
The location is in an area rich in culture and history - the ancient theatre of Epidavros, the archaeological sites of Mycenae and Ancient Corinth and the Venetian town of Nafplion are all within easy driving distance as are the cosmopolitan marina towns of Porto Heli and Hermioni. From the small harbour of Kosta, it is easy to hop across the bay to the island of Spetses using one of the regular water taxis. All in all, Villa Poseidon is in the ideal setting to enjoy the sea and the sun or to set off for small escapes nearby!

We had a lovely lovely two weeks in Porto Heli - absolutely loved it as did all the friends who came out and joined us and thank you very very much for providing such an easy service for us. Everything flowed very smoothly, thanks in large part to the help of both you and Theo.
I definitely plan to come again next summer - maybe to Spetses next time or maybe back to PH, or a combo of the two. Will be in touch. I know most of my party are also having the same thought right now so you may have quite a few bookings through us!
